She was filming cops and tow drivers doing the old parking lot tow aways and there were 2 female cops and one male officer there. The male officer told her to go away to the other side of the street. Even though there was a time scene or tow truck in the middle of hooking up a vehicle. She asked why? and He got out and body slammed her knocking her unconscious, dislocated her shoulder, elbow, stitches in upper lip, above the right eye, blacked both her eyes, massive swelling and broken ribs. Broken nose as well. I may not like the way she does certain things. That being said, No Officer Should Ever Be allowed to do this! Especially when she was not violating any laws. He then charge her with obstruction, interference with public duties resisting arrest and one other charge. This is not what a good public servant would do. Especially since it involved the exact department where the case law from US 5th Circuit Court Turner vs. Driver is. I have an older brother who is a Sargent with a department in Harris County Area if Texas. He would have never allowed one of his deputies to act in this manor. You will hear one of the female officers say, She Is Bleeding and the livestream was ended. That is also disturbing! One of three officers had to physically shut off her cellphone for this to happen!
