this dude sampled audio from a stream, during a stream, made a track with it during that same stream and had the streamer play it in the same stream... and it sounds awesome!
True happiness. That was Guy talking, not Dr. D. This shows you no matter how big or small you are "in life," happiness can come from anywhere. This dude made Doc's day.
Imagine making this song for doc and years later it becomes part of twitch history. I hear this still used on other streamers and RU-vid videos to this day. Such a good song. I honestly didn’t know this was made for the doc until I decided to look it up.
It's not exactly an advanced song. Obviously has some samples and template going. Not saying he's not got some tallent though, really like the song. Could have done more with the voice clips though.
@@ruben1986 he isn't coming back, he's officially demonetized and all subscriptions including paid have been deleted, if he ever came back it would have to be on another small platform and that's if they even let him
@karma tam wouldn't that be considered copyright lol doc would call bs if that were to happen as well because we heard it first isn't that the reason Kate Perry just got yanked like 1 million dollars because of that exact same reason
I have to say, this video/literally the same video on Doc's youtube channel, is my new favorite video on youtube. Doc's face when he reads the dono and decides to play the song, his face goes from sceptical to inquisitive to happy and then plain blissful... I'm not even a huge doc fan but that right there just puts a big smile on my face everytime I see it. Having someone in your community that you don't even know and all of a sudden makes a banger of a song like this in an instant for you and you only. I'm pretty sure it's a moment Doc will never forget.
Same here, you see that moustache lift at one side as it kicks in and the joy on his face is a wonderful moment. God knows what it would of been like for j+1 but it makes me smile everytime. Well done j+1, great great work
This just made my entire day. here I was, in bed depressed af. for some reason seeing this, and seeing how happy doc was made me feel instant soooo much better!
I feel bad for you. You enjoy seeing a multi millionaire be happy who really could care less about you unless it's on the back of a 20 dollar bill. We live in a very sad society
@@griffinjeskey7773What specifically did he text the minor? When did he know she was a minor? You won’t have an answer to either of those questions because right now it’s all just speculation. If the proof comes out I’ll swallow my words but until then you know nothing about what happened.
@@scott8908 if someone admits that they texted a minor “somewhat inappropriately”, and then edits their tweet to remove the word ‘minor’ only to then edit it again to put it back in, it’s pretty obvious that he’s guilty of some weird 💩. Along with the new articles that say that multiple sources are confirming that he KNEW she was a minor the whole time, and one source saying that he was potentially trying to meet up with the victim before he stopped. Textbook groomer
@@griffinjeskey7773 “potentially trying to meet up with the minor”. So we are cancelling people over maybe scenarios? Because 2 or 3 articles said “this might’ve happened”? Again, I want the full story. Not the vague “well he kinda said some stuff that bordered on being inappropriate with a minor”. Was he just using vulgar chat or was he trying to use the minor as a sneaky link? Big difference. Being guilty of “weird 💩 “ doesn’t really warrant being cancelled. I still need more. Edit: in hindsight it doesn’t look good for Doc. The more I read about this the works it’s getting. Sorry, I just was holding out hope for one of my idols.
@@griffinjeskey7773while I understand the people who are here to watch old videos. People like you are sick 😂 traversing the internet platform to platform to make those type of comments. 🤷🏻♂️ Go outside and get off the internet for a bit, bud.
Oh man... with everything that has happened to Doc in this month... I am just recovering my best moments watching the Doc in plain 2020 with all the covid chaos. Imma miss you Doc, hopefully you regret and overpass this hard time.
Hey J, I don't know if you'll see this or reply to this, but you really hit something special with Dr Disrespect, Halifax and the Champions Club when you made this. Well done sir!
Having heard this song so many times now.. and I had no idea it was fan made piece for Doc. I thought doc had paid for it to be made. My mind is blown! So great to see doc so happy and that goosebumps comment was gold.
I fell asleep watching xqc and woke up to this song playing but it quit to commercial super fast. So I went on a mad search trying to figure out what it was.. it brought me here. Not only does this song hold up as a stand alone song but to hear how it came about is incredible. Truly epic talent. Brings a huge smile to my face.. I’ve had this on repeat like 10 times in a row. Amazing
@@SerialThrilla404 haven’t watched him religiously for 2-3 years since college. But it’s like an old favorite show ended. Another piece of my childhood ending. Lets cope together
Two things made my jaw drop, musically, this year. 1. Hearing Flume’s remix of You & Me for the first time. 2. This song. I can’t even explain to people the magnitude of what you did because saying “He produced this in under 2 and a half hours” doesn’t capture the insanity of you sampling this from the stream or incorporating an analysis of the song within the song itself. If this had taken you a week my mind still would have been blown. And the best part is, I don’t have to explain. This song is fantastic, stands on its own two feet and speaks for itself. Would love if you did a tutorial video of how you put a song like this together. Because, honestly, this is inspiring as hell. Highest respect and firmest of handshakes.
Just want to follow up. Was listening to Give 'Em The Love on Spotify and just let Spotify Radio kick in, which spins up a bunch of random tracks, usually from related artists. Listened to a bunch of tracks. All pretty good. But then that thing where one track makes you stop and go, "Whoa. That is *tasty*." Went to check out who it was. It was Distance, by you. I'm not super up-to-speed on this whole genre but this was right up there with what Lane 8, who I love, has put out. Then, the same thing happened this morning. Listening to the radio and a tune stops me in my tracks. It's "Clouds", by you. As a 46 year old guy, you see certain patterns emerge in your life. One of the strongest in mine is that I see things early, before they blow up. I randomly heard 'Creep' by Radiohead on a French radio station 6 months before they became known and, after verse 1, I was like, "Who the fuck is that?!" The best band of the 2000s, as it turned out. Heard 30 seconds of Con Altura by someone I'd never heard of called Rosalia on Twitter back in April and mailed it to a buddy going, "This song is going to be huge." It was the most-watched video by a female artist this year on RU-vid. Which is all a preamble to say, dude, you are onto something here. Because I wouldn't be reacting to your music the way I am if it didn't have that spark that has always attracted my attention. Even if you're not getting the audience you deserve for now just keep going. You've got it. Keep creating. Keep making music that you love. Your talent is undeniable.
Aren't most songs produced in under 2 1/2 hours? Feel like it really doesn't take that long to produce a song these days. Songs still great nonetheless.
@@kafka315 To be fair, 80's beats don't take long to make in 2020. Not taking anything away from the song, because I love it, but if you play around with beats in your spare time you know what to do when someone starts singing/rapping. And knowing that Doc is into 80's music just makes it a little easier.
Me. This dudes comedy kills me.. production value on streams a++. I'm glad he's on RU-vid right now. I refuse to watch twitch. Too many thots. All doc content I've ever seen has been on here. Now I can watch streams too? Win for me.
Doc's reaction when he first hears this song is priceless. This song is REALLY now in my top 5 songs ever. Holy moly damn great job J+1. Man I love this!
I find myself accidently coming back to this every few months, and I honestly feel like it's the first time I'm watching it... every time. Pure GOOSEBUMPS. Thanks for the good times!
Massive props for doing this. Huge fan of all the music you pumped out. I love songs that give me a good vibe/feels and never really listened to this genre before. I hardly ever comment things but this is just so impressive. Keep doing what you do.
Dude you killed it; so much love for you, my guy! Thanks for putting the effort in and delivering such quality so quickly. Hope this boosts your brand!
I still come back to this every now and then and every time I hear Doc say "I've still got goose bumps, and I don't even have diarrhea" I laugh till my tummy hurts. 🤍
Doc is the only one who can bring the 80's into the present and make it this cool. That said, the guy who sampled this masterpiece did something extraordinary and timed it perfectly with Doc's vibe and taste in music. This is just perfect. I heard Doc singing this in recent streams and I never knew the origin behind it, I always thought it was a song from the 80's he just sang from time to time. This just makes it even cooler
Just so that you know j. I listen this song every single day of my life. You showed me a whole new genre of music. The synthwave. And i thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for this song. And your devotion to the streaming community.
I love how you could tell Doc was hooked as soon as it started playing. Then immediately fell in love with it. Love how into he was. Then history was made. Love your work J+1. Hopefully get to use a track for one of my vids
That was a great moment indeed. One of the best in Docs stream. You should do more stuff like this. Liked and subbed. That's the way of the Champions Club.
You can just see his expressions change b/w 0:14 to 0:15 Just in 1 second, he was like, "Yeah... Let's just hear it whatever..." , and then suddenly the song got him teleported to another dimension of Retro, Nostalgia and Love. He was not kidding when he said you got him off guard. Bruh I still can't believe you just did all of that during the stream only! Respect and Love
Watched this live was the most wholesome shit ever!! What a community Doc has created. Have to watch this when it comes up in my recommendations! Give em the looooooove 🤝🏼🤝🏼
thank you JplusOne, our champion needed a little love with all this stress, and you came through. If we ever meet in person, it's firm handshakes, modelo's and championship good times. Cheers.
That's one of the most genuine Doc smiles of all time. I dont think i ever seen Doc that happy before lol. When those drums kicked in lmao. CLASSIC Doc moment!!!!! I WAS THERE!
I was watching this stream when this all went down. Def going in the internet/streamer history books. Watching Doc's reaction.... I can't imagine how you must have felt that day. My comment might be a few years late but your song inspired me a great deal at the time. True talent... thank you for this.
This is one of my favorite videos on youtube. Just seeing doc slowly react to it and how awesome it is, then halifax doing the same thing. Great job J+1
