It's good that we've finally got confirmation from the man himself that Detox is, in fact, never dropping. The tracklist looks cool, but I wouldn't have expected to see King Mez all over an album called Compton: A Soundtrack. Isn't he from Raleigh?

If Compton is well received Dre will put out Detox, him being a perfectionist is making him worry an album "Detox" will flop so he is putting out "Compton" a soundtrack for "Straight Outta Compton" first as a warning shot (if well received) to the rap game to be prepared, just like Drake put out Charged Up as a warning shot to Meek Mill.

Detox was probably a good album there was even a point dre hated deep cover and that was one of his best tracks, still Pumped for this album!!
