Jesus is the faith! If our faith is not built on the rock, it would be unstable. The rock is our heart...a stubborn heart to hold onto faith in Jesus. Jesus help to strengthen the faith built on the rock!
Jesus isn't the rock but the church is the body of Jesus. The church should be built on the rock as a stable and strong foundation. The faith is Jesus and the church is to be based on the faith that proclaims Jesus is God.
