you here me out real quick. check out Jacquard Pearl Ex pigment. its an ultra fine powder that mixes with any mop paint to give it a pearlescent sparkly quality that stands out like crazy in sunlight. its only 3-4 bucks a jar at my art shop and i put a small spoonful in my mops and it looks sick as fuck
Apocalyptic Concepts dope! i tried dry silver pigment. Bought a big ass jar of it. Like a quarts size. It just makes my shit clog the nib smh. And everytime i open it, silver dust everywhere. Prolly not very healthy. Ima look into this jacquard tho. Good looking out!
Might want to try grinding the stuff you have. Wrap up your face, go outside and find a flat/bowl rock and grind it with another rock you find. Usually by the water, or a business area has nice rocks to pick up
What I like to do yo avoid a drying Nib is that I stuff a bit of cotton on the cap of the Mop. Right now I'm using the AP Mop Mini, and the OTR Double-O 6. The AP Mop has more room to put more cotton and it work FANTASTIC for Mobs with No Actuator, and or Poked holes on the nib, so it stop all leaks and maintains even pressure throughout the entire marker Ensuring a very moist and non leaking Nib!
Not only would that be huge in production costs and shipping from the factory, but id imagine you need specialists that know how to suspend pigments, decide what thinners to use and stuff like that.

Just before they recently sold out on it. .. I bought two DR. GUTS mops and two refills. I have more than 1 full refill left as I poured the left over in to the other unused bottle. But in this Journey I learned just how to really make use of Dr. Guts .. this one refill I have left should last me a year. ... .it's Sooo pigmented that it's amazing to mix with Inks. ... But I don't mean a little bit of ink, I mean make this stuff swim in Ink to create a Metallic Ink/Paint. . . Equal to Candy Apple Red and Candy Green Apple. A little bit of Dr. Guts has a TON OF METAL FLAKE!!!!!

for some reason my mob wont work. I put ink in it. Really struggling to tagg with it at all. Theres no ink coming and even when I pumped it and press like mad it wont really make clear strokes. theyre very light. Any hints?
I was hoping this video would be about the Dr Guts "drip mop", which is not a mop at all, but a metal tipped squeezer. The silver paint takes a long time to dry, and the applicator is very inconsistent. It does drip, even when I don't want it to. I might put the paint in a different marker. Anyone know if this stuff is safe for a uni paint? Editing to add a year later: just get MTN Liquid Silver and put it in your favorite mop or pen. Pretty sure I had to get this through bombing science or spray planet. Idk what AP carries that is similar.
