This interview stands as a testimony to both the interviewer and the interviewee. She was calm and clever through out the provocation. Whereas he continued his duty even after being continuously called out on his provocation. Interviews are tough. Such interviews should be done with all the leaders, not the interviews where interviewer asks what they eat.
He also dint ask any remarkable questions, it’s all personal attacks, no development related questions, only r u superstitious? U r like this u r like that! It is not about destroying each other , did they done their jobs sincerely , the interveiwer is still doing his job perfectly , where as this lady has done so much corruption , although she died while in power , her closer poeple were sentenced to jail for corruption.
When this incredible madam was given four years imprisonment and one hundred crore fine for corruption case, she didn't argue like this with the Sessions Judge But she pleaded for mercy as she was suffering from hyper tention and diabetice

You have to become more than 10th of anyone and the bestversion of yourself to be interviewed by such a journalist. What do you think is a journalist's job? Singing praises and asking about how people spend their leisure time would not make a very interesting interview.I think they both did very well.

Coming to interference you must know that this is a public platform at not someone's private drawing-room. Everyone else has a right to their view while being decent and respectful.t's your life and you have a view about someone else just as I have about your view of viewing the journalist.
I repeatedly watched and watching this interview. It empowers me and it is strong. She clearly cut the unwanted comments and questions with a "No" and it requires experience and courage. Charisma and personality are part of characterization and i admire her for that. I'm not a fan of her personal or political life, but I like the strong, bold and decisive nature that strive the wheel of politics and the people around her.

This is best epic interview ever! Nobody in the world ever thought an interviewer can fall on his face by interviewing. He just exposed the worst possible journalist or interviewer skills and a must watch for journalist students what not to do. He tried his best to break her, trigger her, prepared all possible mean things to say to her and tried to bring worst of her. Forget if shes good or bad but basic respect or professionalism is what to be maintained while interviewing after inviting her. She stood for herself and must watch for any woman not just in India but to every women in this world!!

I agree to her comment on Indra Gandhi. I still don't know why she's termed "Iron lady" despite the fact that she was a default PM of India being born in Gandhi Family.

Once a PM , it’s different but even then she took wrong advice with Emergency etc. if not for the Gandhi surname and lack of social media she may have not won again. Jayalalitha had to fight for everything including regaining power over ADMK when MGR died, handling DMK vindictiveness when in opposition etc. She is a real Iron Lady- anyone else would have broken.

It's the work of the press in democracy to ask hard questions and for politicians in power to answer. There was no slap (literally or metaphorically). Hard questions were asked and they were answered with a tough stance. Karan has mastered the art of riling up people in power. Kudos to both of them for upholding the spirit of democracy.

No, what he did is called 'gotcha' journalism. "Don't you think that you..." "Do you think that you..." These are not questions. These are accusations disguised as questions. He is not trying to get any information from her. He's cross questioning her and that's not his job. He's not a lawyer.
