I had a severe adverse reaction to the covid vaccine and I credit NAC with helping me get better at least somewhat..got my second covid vaccine on October 22nd, now it is impossible to order NAC. There are smaller companies that have grown over the decades who have the right values that have been able to fund some of these studies on natural/alternative medicine. I think why people see it as naturopathic BS is because one the people who claim spiritual powers of the oils and take away from the scientific discussion, or those who say "if it was so great we'd all know it" except pharma doesn't get paid if everyone knows. Tea tree oil can fight MSRA (a staph infection that has become resistant to many antibiotics). Many anti iotics van barely even touch it. Tea tree oil does the job great! It also doesn't create antibiotic resistance in bacteria. The balance of evidence suggests you cannot make bacteria resistant to tea tree oil! F ing brilliant if you ask me... I love natural medicine that has evolved over thousands of years with our usage in perfect balance with nature, in order to benefit us. Beautiful!

@@billjoe39I mean applying it topically or using it to brush teeth and spitting it out... you have to do extensive research before ingesting an essential oil in order to make sure it is safe and in what dosage. I mostly use them topically and through inhalation but there are some that you can definitely get benefits from ingesting from a safe source.

This is not as bad as you seem to think. It's been shown that Oregano oil can be used treat gut diseases where the gut flora is out of balance. Oregano oil is used to kill or reduce to safe levels, colonies of bacteria in the gut that are causing issues for people. We're learning now that having a healthy gut microbiome is critical to everything from metabolic, hormonal, and even brain chemistry/emotional health. Everything your body does only happens when there is adequate nutrition and when that starts to break down because of gut/digestive problems...lots of other problems follow.

You are very correct! I remember growing up in the province of the Philippines, us siblings, females, before we got our menstruation , we used to get so much pain in our lower stomach. My mother would cut few leaves of oregano and poured hot boiling water and she had us drink it like a tea. It didn’t took long for the oregano tea to do it’s healing power. Riiiight!!! It is a fabulous oil. I do not EVER want to be out of it. It cleared an infection in the ball of my foot. I didnt want to go to no doctor during the corona deal, and it thought, try the oregano essential oil in your cabinet. BOY AM I GRATEFUL! This dude must have gotten paid to report this. If people would drink this daily during this virus, it probably wont live in their system to travel to the lungs. Oregano oil clears the lungs of mucus. Mucus is the cause of all disease.

@@nauxsi mucus is usually a response to remove undesirable bacteria/viruses and their waste/the bodies waste. When your sick the metabolic processes are usually in overdrive. Also to protect the body from irritants by filution/ neutralizing pH. It's usually a sign that you are ingesting or being exposed to irritants and things that are causing a negative immune response in your body. The mucus itself is wonderful. Though overproductuon of especially thick mucus is a MAJOR contributor to poor health as the body isn't able to easily remove it, allowing bacteria and toxins to effect pH etc. This is in part caused by dehydration and environmental toxins. On lunch break, will provide source later. ;) Some mucus is inevitable but it shouldnt be constant and it should be expelled and cycled out of the body if it's thick then it's not being expelled adequately..should be a bit runny. NAC highly recommened.

I would say people need to stop waiting for scientific research because that can easily be controlled to favor the prescription medications they want you to take and start testing these things yourself and trying them instead.

Candida is very resistant and it usually takes a generalized approach to defeat it. I took a wide (very wide) variety of natural anti-candida supplements as well as adopt a proper anti-candida diet. Here's what I did: I did a week long mostly dry fast. DURING the fast, I drank only ozonated distilled water, sometimes i'd mix in some organic apple cider vinegar with trace minerals and fulvic acid. I've also included lemon and/or 5 drops of food grade 35% hydrogen peroxide in a cup of distilled water one day, and alternate the next day with a pinch of borax in a cup of distilled water. For anti-candida supplements (during & after fasting), I took: oil of oregano, colloidal silver, caprylic acid, allicin, probiotics, S. Boulardii, digestive AND systemic enzymes, baking soda, all vitamins but especially Vitamin D3, B complex, biotin, B17 (research this one b4 consuming), graviola, milk thistle, L-glutamine, bone broth, gelatin, MSM After I broke my fast, I continued with a very strict, yet simple candida diet. All I ate was wild caught Alaskan salmon prepared in extra virgin coconut oil, clean grass-fed chicken & steaks, some tuna, lentil beans soup .. and that's it. I know I could have eaten more but eh.. i'm a simple guy. I drank a lot of kombucha and kefir yogurt mixed with organic blueberries, makes a yummy anti-candida snack. I recently figured out a powerful anti-candida combo pack. It's so powerful that I actually felt die-off symptoms from this power pack .. which is something I've never felt before with my standard anti-candida protocol. I'm no longer on any special candida diet and i still felt die off from this! But I'd suggest you take this for only 3 days and take 3 days off to see how your body responds: 2 times a day, once in the morning, and once in the afternoon (don't do this at night), in a cup of distilled water, take one scoop full of L-Glutamine powder, add 10-15 drops of 2% Lugol's Iodine, and one scoop full of Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. Things you can expect are cold/flu-like symptoms. I know this can be a little concerning considering we're in the midst of a virus. However, with all the powerful supplements i've mentioned, I seriously doubt one could contract a simple virus. I spent a whole week with these symptoms which ranged from cold/flu-like symptoms, congestion, fever, body aches, very fatigued, nausea, cold sweat .. I felt terrible in general. However, the symptoms subsided when I ceased this powerpack. I took a smaller dose the following day and sure enough, the symptoms came back. My roommate was untouched by any symptoms despite the fact we were in close proximity. I’ve heard that NAC (n-acetyl-cysteine) is helpful for die off symptoms Nowadays, I now only take this power pack as maintenance. I'm not currently under any candida diet. In fact, I'm not exactly eating very healthy at the moment. But thanks to this powerpack, I have broken through a weight loss plateau that I was unable to break for 2 years. I'm very thin and light, I feel very good, I do not crave high carbs/sugary foods and am quickly filled by eating very little. This does not mean to neglect nutrition. I am taking a high quality grass-fed organ meat supplement , particularly because i can't stomach organ meats lol .. hoping someday I will. One last thing, Take proper precautions in places of high humidity such as bathrooms. If they're filled with mold, they may aggravate any candida issues you may be suffering. Be sure to avoid too much condensation for prolong amounts of time during a shower. Clean using white vinegar everyday. Use sandals even if it's your own shower. Apply borax powder to your sandals before and after every shower. If your financial situation allows it, purchase a quality dehumidifier and leave it running all night. If you have pets, take care of them as you would yourself.. meaning detox/deworm (de-parasite) them . Good luck!
