My family has been using oil of oregano for 20 years now. We have great stories about a curing skin fungi, strep throat, bladder infections, and all kinds of problems that were resistant to accepted Medical Treatments. I currently have 3 unopened bottles of oil of oregano gel caps in my medicine cabinet. And speaking strictly from experience, and with no Authority whatsoever, I suspect that it would be very effective against covid-19. If I tested positive, I would go home and begin taking it immediately.

Priya Srivathsan, I use drops mixed with a carrier oil like olive or coconut. The instructions for my product states that it can be consumed daily. I do not consume it daily, though. I only use it when I start feeling sick (like the onset of a cold). I stop taking it when I feel better.

@Priya Srivathsan I would recommend taking it like an antibiotic. If you took a small dose everyday, it would kill off too many bacteria and you would end up with an overgrowth of yeast. But if you're treating something specific take it for a week to 10 days and only continue if you still have problems. I would not take it for longer than two or three weeks. Sorry for the delay. I always forget to check this page. Hope that helps.

Dr. Axe is in the know! I found out about Oil of oregano originally from Cass Ingram who also cured his Lyme disease with an oregano protocol. I've always used p73 because that was the recommendation and I've read the thymol levels are lower in that particular mix. My doctor laughed when I suggested oregano oil very much in the same way my dentist laughed when I told him fluoride was not good for you. Keep fighting the good fight and thank you for the video.

Dr. Axe and anyone reading. This may not sound like a big deal, but to me it was a godsend. I have had a really bad bug for about eight days. This morning I'd had enough. My stomach hurt, I had the worst headache, and my whole body hurt. I never get sick for more than a few hours. I couldn't do anything but sleep and writhe around.( and be helped to the restroom.) I couldn't take care of of home, husband, babies, nor my affairs. Early this evening, I had my husband pick up some great quality organic Oregano Oil. I took one drop with organic coconut oil and raw local clover honey( the latter to dissuade the taste) . I swear that within only a few minutes, the tummy pain stopped. Though I was weary of using the bathroom again( sorry to sound crass), everything came out and my fever, pain, everything... all bad symptoms gone within an hour. Truly s miracle. I will always keep Oregano Oil on hand for multiple reasons. Thank you for your greatly informative video. God bless!

I'm *guessing* maybe she mixed them up together in a little container then took it by spoon and swallowed it. I mix Oreganol (North American Herb & Spice Company) liquid in a jar of Coconut Oil for numerous external and feminine treatments, and it works great. I love using it on my feet. It keeps them soft and keeps away fungus. If you choose to mix it with a jar of coconut oil, use one dropper full to one (melted) jar of coconut oil, reseal, and shake it up to mix.

I put 10 drops in a hot bath once a week with 2 cups of epsom salts....... I then rinse off lightly with a quick 2 min semi cold (but not freezing) shower and i feel so fresh and cleansed afterwards. Its the best right before bed. =)

I take a hot bath with epsom salt and 1 cup Hydrogen peroxide. After I put oil of oregano on the bottom souls of my feet and lower spin. Helps to get rid of toxins in the body

Just make sure the oregano oil is 80% carvacrol or less otherwise it will burn the skin! But not to less as it will become less potent. If you happen to have one that has a higher percent you can mix it with coconut oil or olive oil but a very small amount.

Had lyme fibro ; other issues and these things helped , Im close to say Im cured 1. oregano/ garlic 2. multiple long term water fasts 3-5 days every 2-3 months and short ones as often as necessary 3. Vagus nerve therapy/ breathing exercises , your classic box breathing to wim hofs all accomplish similar things and they all help ( passes your head to stomach , controls stress and many more ) 4. Fixing pelvic tilt and posture 5. Emdr and other psychological help because gut closely connected. 6. fecal transplant mightve helped 7.Talking to others with similar issues Hope this helps even 1 of you. You ll be fine! I really wanted to die two years ago from how much pain I was in, just hate to live like a plant when Im so young and ambitious. Just know if you are reading this: it gets better!!! You need to include instructions on how to use this stuff. Pure oregano oil is very strong and if applied to the skin will give a chemical burn. It should always be diluted in a carrier oil.

@@KimberlyElisheva In my opinion, take the pills with food but what you need for a corn is the oil, not pills. Amazon has the pure oregano oil. Mix it 1:3 with olive oil. Apply to the corn several times a day and let it soak in before putting your sock back on. This is not medical advise but it worked for me.

I had a topical fungal infection on my right elbow. I had it for years and years. Nothing the doctors gave me worked. After reading up on Oregano, I started to apply a few drops to my body oil and applied that directly to the affected area. That was three years ago, and the infection has never returned 😊.

Yes, oil of oregano is wonderful. But I use, wild oregano oil that comes from Greece and Italy. It is so powerful, and more pungent then the regular oregano Not only do I use it internally but also externally. I have a little 6 oz spray bottle.. Put an ounce of alcohol the rest water and several drops of wild oregano in the bottle...shake it up to mix it...and then spray around the house in the air. It smells so refreshing and it kills anything that's in the air mole or whatever is floating in the air. I also take it with me when I go shopping for groceries. I spray this on my mask, my hands, And use it to clean the shopping cart This stuff is so powerful, that it can kill a powerful snake bite, so they say. I thank God, for this wonderful wild oregano. In the book I have read it's in the cupboard. Their testimonies of people being healed from this wonderful wild oregano.

I am currently taking oil of oregano. Only 3 drops on my 20oz water bottle once a day. My nails have gotten healthier and no longer has a yellow tint. Have only tried it for a month so can't wait to see results in a longer period.

I used Oil of Oregano to break the biofilms that protected the Lyme borrellia in my body so that the alcohol based Tincture of Stevia could kill the Lyme Disease I had last Fall. Once the biofilms were gone, the tincture of Stevia worked completely in two months. I still take two capsules of Oil of Oregano twice a week in addition to the Stevia tincture every other day.

@@mmm4638 Oil of Oregano is nature's antiseptic. I've used it for years. It will calm an upset Stomach and kill off Intestinal Bacteria. I get it in capsules from Amazon, 4,000 mg. Take as necessary. To break down Biofilms, take 2 capsules twice a day for a week or two. Then take the Tincture of Stevia 2 - 3 times a day for a month. Take a week off, then repeat.

Can you apply oregano oil directly in their ears? My dog has had horrible ear infections and the vet isn't able to completely cure it, only temporarily lessen the degree of the infection for a time.

My cure … NO COMMERCIAL DOG FOOD no tinned crap no commercial treats no dog biscuits Treats : Chop a lamb/beef liver into tiny pieces, freeze on a plate, when frozen (separately) bag up - keep frozen. Perfect ! Healthy! (Raw bones are healthier than meat. Fat is more important than lean meat.)

Dr. Axe, Thanks for posting. Here is my gum scrub/mouthwash recipe: 1 part fine Himalayan pink salt, 1 part baking soda, one part coconut oil. 3 or 4 drops of oregano oil. Drip in a bit of hot water from kettle. Stir until it forms a paste. You can also add activated charcoal powder if you want. I gently brush my gums with this and use it as a mouth wash also.

I add 5-6 drops to a glass of milk along with honey, 5 drops of frankincense oil, nutmeg, ginger, and turmeric, and vanilla. I put in the honey first, about 2 tbsp, followed by the dry ingredients, oils, and then the vanilla. Mix those ingredients together prior to adding the milk and the dry ingredients won't rise to the top, then fill the glass with milk. No nasty taste, and no burn as the oregano oil is plenty diluted.

Hey everyone. I am wanting to use oil and/or capsules for the recommended 10 days in his video, but first all I would really like to know is more about taking oil of oregano on an empty stomach? I have been fasting for 6 years and haven’t actually taken the oil form of oregano for close to 7 years with food back then. When I did take it I got rid of colds really fast and even prevented them when I started taking it around work colleagues who were sick already. I don’t break my fast until usually 4pm daily. According to recommendations, it’s supposed to be separated from certain other minerals? I don’t want to take too close to my Zinc supplement and calcium containing foods and I’ve only got a four hour eating window most days. So is the only downside the taste of oregano burps when taking oregano without food? If that’s the case I would want to space it out during my fasting period. Are there any other side affects to using it without food?

Whenever I have an infection I take 4 drops in water and it miraculously rids my body of it! But I never heard of using it for nail fungus! 🤷

took it for an entire month to fix a long term issue, and it worked. after this I have used it again for several, cold type infection the last 2 years, plus used on my pets, in very small doses.... please check with an expert first, and had great results. it's a wonder food.......

The best and fastest cure for toenail fungus is peroxide. Put a cotton ball soaked in peroxide on the nail and wrap a bandaid over it to keep the cotton in place. Overnight is best. In 2 or 3 applications at most the fungus is dead. You can split the cotton ball to make smaller or cut up a cotton pad that is used to remove makeup.

I apply it topically at the first sign (tingling) of a cold sore on or near my lip. Repeating a couple times a day. Works great.

+Dimension extensions My Oil of Oregano is in a 'carrier oil' (olive oil). Yes, it does burn a little.

First of all, let me say that I love listening to your videos about alternative medicine. Thank you! Concerning oil of oregano, there are some comments below about it burning the skin. Can you address this? You said your mother used it for her toe fungus and was cured in 2 months. Did she take it internally or topically on her toe? My mother currently has a toe fungus that she has been using Ketoconazole on for many months. After the symptoms went away, she stopped using it. Now, the fungus has returned.
