Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia is an incurable genetic motor neuron disease. It is characterized by progressive spasticity leading to gait and balance deficits. Functional improvements are possible, however. This video shows improved distance, speed and turning ability after a short course (6 treatment sessions) of neural rehabilitation.
