I have Body tremors for some months now not just in my hands but all over my body. The strange thing is they are only when I am hungry, it’s getting really bad and I find I need to eat more meals and snacks during the night. I have hand tremors and at times my leg moves. I have been using the Vilim ball for two weeks so far I have no improvements. I’m seeing the neurologist in a few days to determine the type of tremor I have. In my case I notice the tremor in October of last year after I have slip holding the door from falling hard on the floor in August. I’m in Houston Tx.
Is your tremor on both the left and right side? Is it constant or does it come and go? Does it change when you are in different positions, for example better when you are in bed, worse when you are up right?
@@gkukurin my tremors are on my right hand and some on my leg. During the day it trembles quit a bit but stops when I write or pick up a glass. At night I’m able to sleep by putting a pillow under my arm. I also have a rotating cuff tear of 5 mm on that same side. I don’t feel my hand or feet trembling.

Hi Rich, typically a patient with Parkinson's will have or will develop other symptoms in addition to tremor, trouble sleeping, loss of sense of smell and reduced arm swing when walking. It is important to have a definite diagnosis. You don't want to take unnecessary medications. You need a second opinion.
Ok I know this is old but tbh I don’t hate having tremors. I have pretty severe tremors and don’t really think about it now they can be kinda annoying sometimes but most of the time it’s other people that are worried about why I’m shaking. I don’t see why they need to be treated.

Individuals even with severe essential tremor can hold their hands out flat in front of them with no tremor. It would have been more interesting to have her perform before and after fine motor movement, such as touching the tip of her nose with her finger or writing, etc. in order to validate your treatment. Hello Dr. This is exciting. I’m getting one of the balls right away. I’m 30 and have had slight hand tremors since a teenager.
