I am going to have an implant. I have yet to see my urologist on this but your video is the most informative I have seen on the procedure and helped me understand the entire process.
Dr. Greenstein, this is an excellent and informative video. If possible, could you pls give me your imput on my situation. I have the 3 piece penile implant installed in August of 2018. I had my prostate removed due to cancer, Nov. 2017, and other surgery to prevent testosterone in my body to avoid reoccurance of cancer. My Testosterone level went to zero, but 3 weeks ago my Urologist put me on Testosterone weekly injection, which has awakened my inner man. Unfortunately my implant has never worked and still doesn't when I and my wife need it most. The problem with the implant seems to be the extremely ridged brownish pump. Try as I may pumping it, it is very ridged and I can't get the cylinders in the penis to wake up. However, the pump you used in the video was very flexible and would be easier to pump without the severe pain when I squeeze it now. Is the pump in the video a new technology that may replace the very ridged pump I have. My implant is totally useless at this time. Even my Urologist couldn't get it to pump the cylinders up. Would you kindly give me your opinion on what could be done to resolve this problem, which has created a serious level of depression in me and seriously affected my wife. I would love to make an appointment in your office, if I weren't about a thousand miles west of you. Thank you very much for your response. Also, If you may recommend a highly experienced doctor in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area or even in Houston, TX, i would appreciate that very much.
Sounds like you may need an explant and reimplant or at least a new pump. I do not know anyone in the Louisiana or Houston area. You can always head to a implant specialist at one of the Universities near you. We are here to help, as well. You can fly in for a consult. Great question. If the implant broke then either some or all of the components would need to be replaced. If it never worked then we would want to see if the person knows how to activate it properly.
I want to know if I already had a malleable implant in before years ago did not work had it remove but didn’t put back in another in could I still have the operation again

Low dosages of Trimix penile injections and other injectable medications causes severe priapism after premature ejaculation, I later later developed Peyronie’s disease. Can my Peyronie’s disease be corrected by surgery as my penile implant surgery is being done?
What happens to the glans or head of the penis after a penile implant surgery? Does it get erect or larger after the penile implant surgery? Thanks so much
Really great presentation, quick question I get erections but due to getting hit and run and then not being able to get my spine fused for 1.5 years because 2 insurance ping pong me until I had nerve impingement/damage. So I can get erections but only on my back? Once I stand I go soft. So far only tried the pills but I'm more inclined to lean this direction. What should I have my Dr look into regarding the nerve issue. I'm 63 going on 23 in really good shape and pretty damm fit . You mentioned the bicycle seat nerve, I'm an avid cyclist riding close to 200 miles a week. Will I be able to continue my passion while my urologist fixes my passion😏. You also mentioned blood thinners, I do have 3 heart stents and they have me on a baby aspirin. That being said I take a LOT of fish oil and krill oil. 6000 mg fish oil and 1000mg krill oil daily. @@PuzzlePlanet622 This video is spot on. If you've watched any of the others, they seem all everything great. I had a lot of pain. I couldn't stand the pain killer. The other thing that is not mentioned is how bad pulling down the pump hurts and how much length your going to lose or that you can feel the ends of the tunes. On the other hand you gain girth. Otherwise very happy.
