Thank you for sharing this as I have had this for a year and they are treating it as sinuses and none of the treatments have worked. I have pain at back of head and goes around my ear pain increases during day. Is better lying down. Been getting one sided left arm pain from my shoulder. It also started with vertigo but that has since reduced. This is the weirdest headache I have ever had and am finding everything hard to do. No doctor will listen to me and Im feeling helpless on what to do now. They keep prescribing antibiotics and sinus treatments and none of it relieves the pain.
