Felt a lot more time should have been spent on the actual results of the study and the applications of it to us training at home

Ive only cycled indoors on a wahoo kickr in a hot and humid room im curious to see what would happen outdoors lol

Hasn't the VO2 max difference between cool and hot conditions already been well documented among runners? Googling this, the running literature/lore says that you can expect a 5% to 12% DROP in VO2max going from cooler to hotter condition. What is being reported in the video would then seem to confirm this (possibly in a more controlled way)
