Plot twist, all his concepts were the results of the experimentations forced upon him gone wrong, they muddled him back up and started a fresh, again. And again. And again. And again.

It's sad, creepy, and gives you chills. Definetly fits his new lore; he was a bodyguard and overall a nice guy and then he was forced to be experimented on, slowly losing his sanity and even his own body. Then, he came out a monster, butchering poor people because in his eyes, those things are what a doctor does, after all, doctors did that to him. It has a vibe of him chasing a poor "patient" around the hospital to "treat" their injuries.

There is a 'patient' out of bed 1:02 : Mundo starts his chase. You run, he is after you. You can hear him calling "Patient, come back. You not healed yet" 1:33 : Mundo sees you, chase intensifies. You drop things on his way. He doesn't stop, he never stops. 1:50 : A moment of respite. You seem to have lost him. You catch a breath, and move on 2:00 : He is still after you, glimpses, but you don't see him 2:37 : A cleaver flies by you, narrowly misses. The chase starts again. 2:45 : Mundo is out of patience, chase intensifies. The sanatorium seems to never end. 3:00 : You see the door. You run. A aching, huge pain hits your back. You fall, on your own pooling blood. So close to the door. 3:13 : Mundo finally catches up. He says he will heal you. He says he will make you healthy. And as he drags you back into the never ending hallways, the door closes.

I like to think that Dr. Mundo looked like each and every one of these designs at different points in his life during experimentation.

Fiddlesticks theme is scary Dr.Mundo:Hold my saw

I like this because, it perfectly contrasts attitude in the way he sees it vs what he's really doing. In his head he's a doctor willing to help, really funny and great to be around with but in reality.. no.. you lay down in one of his operating tables and that's the last rest you'll ever have.. His view of the world around him is extremely different from what Zaun really sees him as.

Really like how the theme goes where it pleases and there’s no order to it. Really fitting to his character.

I can imagine myself wandering an assylum and everytime you see mundo the music spikes

I just hope Mundo is one of Jinx friends in Arcane.

I love that his theme is menacing and horrifying but has random lapses that almost feels like the song can't pay attention and gets distracted. Perfectly encapsulates our goofy murder hobo who doesn't realize he's doing anything wrong.
