Great work Dr nag Rao Ji for this marvelous compilation on the great composer O p nayyar Ji. I am a senior neurologist cum psychiatrist of the country and a big fan of opn. Hats off to you
Wonderful, thank you Dr. Nag Rao. These artists are god-sends and programs like this will keep them alive in the hearts and minds of the generations to come.
a very melodious song n very well sung.OP nayarsaab has rightly said about bangaloreans.i feel the whole of south is different in hospitality.people are simple and educated n very humble.good knowledge of classical music too.
Archana Udupa sang this beautiful song-picturized on beautiful Madhubala for Ashok Kumar in Howra Bridge- with the pensive facial expressions while on screen, Madhubala was singing with mischievous gestures and amusing spirit to Dada Muni with a view to teasing K.N.Singh. After all, Archanaji's voice is very sweet and pleasing!

Maestro O.P. nayyar is the king of rhythm among the Kings...................We all really appreciate what you have done to the service for our hindi film industry.......................
Congrats, respected Dr. Nag Raoji. I have watched a lot of videos of the songs of OPNjis songs posted by you on youtube. OPN was indeed a genius. Here I would like to point out that a superb song from MUSAFIRKHANA,1955........."Zara si baat ka huzoor ne fasana", sung by Asha Bhonsle, was deleted from the film. Portions of the song were used by the maestro in C I D,1956.." Leke pehla pehla pyar ". Would you be kind enough to tell me why the song was deleted from the film. Do keep up the good work on OPN. Commendable
The singer has stretched the word "Meherubaaan", right in the presence of none other than O. P. Nayyar. It was sub-standard. The word should have been paused quickly as "Meheruban", synchronizing with the beat. O. P. N. would have been very happy on hearing her.
