Dear Dr. Nassif, I know you are a very busy man. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind answering a question for me. I have a perforated nose caused a second rhinoplasty with sever crustacean in the upper nose. Can this crustacean be removed with surgery. I am constantly spiting up phlegm during the day all day 80% of the time there is blood. Wake up every morning with a big lump of it in my throat. Sever nasal drip. I am in pain with with severe headaches. Can this crustacean be removed with surgery. Looking forward to hearing from you.
