I'm not talking about Google either. Dr. Sebi did have his own compounds and won in the us supreme court in 87 I believe it was because he cured people of certain diseases. So once again all you have to do is pick up a book. You'll find the answer. The fact is Dr. OZ is doing a 180 because a lot of people are starting to figure this out. He wants to use this opportunity to capitalize by dropping a book.

You can't. You have to eat healthy, make certain lifestyle choices AND exercise. I also hate to break it to you but a lot of people were meant to be fat genetically so there's only so much you can do.
My dad who's battling stage 4 prostate cancer has been using cannabis oil for two weeks now and he's finally able to function. He was on a cocktail of pharmaceuticals (like gabapentin, morphine etc.) and was suffering. I moved back to Jamaica just to be able to access ganja easily. Best decision ever. He's no longer throwing up, having tremors, chronically constipated or hallucinating. Marijuana works so well that he's now standing up again.
It's very sad that most people won't accept this as truth and become experts in nutrition when trying to disprove this. not to add that it's mostly black people that hate "healthy" food. do better people :)
He's right about weed, when I used to smoke my health was much better, I have eczema and since I started smoking at 19 my skin cleared up along with prescribed medication but when i stopped using the medication my flare ups stopped for years until I stopped smoking, when I quit for job purposes months after I caught a flare up and till this day I get flare ups now and then...I would want to smoke again but the weed now is so laced I down wanna become dependent on it, before I quit cold turkey, had a date to stop and everything

*losing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise* eat on time, don't eat late at night. get at least 6 hrs of sleep, shit at least once a day cut all candy/sweet, replace with either nuts, granola, fruits, crackers, sugar free gum, etc. cut sodas/soft drinks & especially energy drinks, replace with water, tea (hot/cold), etc. cut all PROCESSED meats (fish), fried foods, junk food, bread, pasta, etc...find out what foods are good/better eat SMALLER portions of food. eating till you're full & bloated is plain greediness & UNNECESSARY *optional exercises (because dieting works)* take a run outside, run on the spot indoors, run up & down the stairs, do push ups, sit ups, pull ups, etc. (NO GYM NEEDED) workouts DON'T take hours unless you want to put on (build) weight. there are 5/10 min intense workouts on youtube get a scale (preferably a digital one) & monitor your weight regularly daily, it helps you to DISCIPLINE yourself better if you're PAYING to losing weight in any way YOU'RE A FUCKIN IDIOT! losing weight is FREE & you save a lot of money its a small sacrifice for a huge weight loss. try dieting for ONE WEEK, you'll see & feel the difference. exercising is a complete WASTE OF TIME if you're NOT seriously changing your diet, you'll NEVER see the results you want, ever

Amor Antasia just used Almond milk but the thing about Almond milk it’s has an ingredient named Gum that might make it hard to digest. but taste wise is a great substitute

I was on the Dr. Oz Show in January of 2014 and again this past August (not aired yet). His staff was nice and friendly and they treated me like VIP even though I was originally a ticket holder. To me, Dr. Oz is the type of medical professional who is concerned about your well-being and will do what he can to help you become healthier. Overall, it was a positive environment and I would definitely do it over again and again.
Good insight. I always wanted to go on a show like that ever since coming home from school and Jerry Springer would be on saying if you want to come to the show. But Dr.Oz does come off wanting to help everyone. Thanks for the reply.
Hi, have had a infestation of possible mites for three years. doctors refuse to believe me...dermatologists say I don't have them. The only medical procedure they did was to look at my scalp with a pen light. I'm being bitten all the time. when I brush my hair I can see these insects on top of the water. They are flat with eight legs and are now infesting my nose and eyes. have used 5 percent and 10 percent permitherin and many home remedies. Nothing works...I feel like I'll be infested for the rest of my life. Please help me...thanks

Dr. Sebi (God rest his soul) was saying this over 30 years ago. At least he is finally telling the truth on something. Dr. Sebi won his Supreme court case. Oz was caught lying on the stand.
