On the first day all the MTs joined to demonstrate the Sun 73 Forms. Conceived and organised by Ileina Ferrier as a tribute to me, it was beautiful. I deeply appreciated it. It was a wonderful start to our one week of sharing and like me, many new participants were moved to tears.

For Arthritis Fdtn, some forms here are advanced. Warmup important. Gentle motion only. Thank you for the music. And group view. The impossible dream together, eternity for this moment together.

There is another, research-based, “TaiChi for Arthritis” (and balance) which is a different sequence with important breathing, warmup, and cool down added, an adaptation of some of this.

I think this speed is better than the mere 6 minutes allowed in official competition.

Quite good, maybe just a little repetitive but enjoyable to watch

Health is good but many of the teachers don't understand the martial side and their energy looks weak and empty and diffused. I don't really like martial arts either but I do understand them. Peace. Mike.

All this people learnt Tai chi to overcome their Arthritis problem and they all seem to successfully manage them. They are the trainers because the people who come to train in this program have similar problems and they can understand them well and help them better than any other. What good is an art if it cannot solve a real life problem and used for beautification and show alone. No disrespect to you but the true nature and purpose of what you see and interpret are two different things here.

@@navinnathpalanisamy5442 I feel you. Tai Chi drops my blood pressure 20 points! I would be taking horrible pills without Tai Chi. I have been practicing martial arts for 35 years. I practice Silat, Escrima, Tai Chi and Bagua. I have been training through coronavirus lockdown out on my front porch and the kids love the sticks and the elderly love the Tai Chi!

I like to throw kids for a loop and start practicing Tai Chi stick. I started a stick/sword craze in the neighborhood. This one kid hits a tree with a stick! A lot of people ask me what I am practicing. I tell them I am practicing a mixture of martial arts. They are just passing by taking walks to stay sane during lockdown. I am lucky to be in Washington State on the West end with not too much of a problem with the virus. I use Tai Chi when dealing with people. No one can handle having force applied to them so I never use force and it diffuses conflict perfect every time. Most people use the brute force. It is difficult to watch. Love, Mike.
