Sir saline is not using to inflation , sterile water is used only.

Rahul no harm in using saline.sometimes saline will crystallize and block the inflation channel and you cannot deflate when you want to remove.....sterile water will come in 5 ml plastic vials and you need to break 4_6 units which is cumbersome.So we use saline from a 500ml saline unit👍🏾
