I think you could have done a better rotation, imo it would be better to do ratio's ult first and then do topaz's ult, something like Ratio's ult > Topaz's ult > Topaz basic attack > funny fua's It also makes the rotation straight up SP positive c:

Stuff like this is why tier lists are so stupid. I knew the moment Topaz's kit was released she would be extremely important to have for a lot of future teams. She is ranked as S but she should be top tier. Imagine having a healer character that has a follow-up heal skill that heals a character after they perform a follow-up attack. Follow-up skills I think is this game more interesting mechanic and seeing it getting more support is a good thing and it is something I expected to see.

i have a weird important question related to TOPAZ LC ...what if i have two copies of it one for topaz and one for DR ratio ! will the CD buff from hitting an enemy that stacks 2 times count seperately ? as in 2 stacks from her which means extra 24% cd taken and another 24% cd taken from dr ratio applying the same effect from the same LC or is it gonna count as one only 24% CD taken which making pulling for two copies a stupid move on her rerun !
