The reason why so many black folks are against him is because they can't let go of Jesus. Unfortunately, they have a strong sense of slave mentality after so many generations it's hard to reach them. It took me some time and after reading and studying I found out the truth and I was told about Dr. Hagins by one of my professors. A lot of black Christians will never do any research or study about their African ancestry. Most of them have never really read the bible cover to cover. If they did they will see so many contradictions and discrepancies they would burn the book. They are more happier being led and not questioning.

When you learn the history and forget the stories they gave to deceive you, then you will understand what Ray Hagins is talking about. I'll give you a starting point.. The Greeks wrote the oldest manuscripts of the Old Testament. The Septuagint. They also gave the New Testament. Don't fall for the "Hebrew" manuscripts. They do not predate the Greek texts. The Greeks took the stories of the Egyptians and other surrounding cultures and rewrote them to fit their own culture. Compare Egyptian/Greek mythologies to those in the Bible and you'll see the parallels. They aren't clone copies, but the storylines and characters are there.
