We got to chat with the strongest man in history and it was super exciting! He said it feels pretty surreal to be known as the strongest man ever and he's so grateful for all the fans around the world. We asked him about his diet when he was at his peak weight of over 400 pounds and he said he was consuming around 10,000 calories a day! Lots of white rice, red meat, and potatoes. Yum. As for his training, he spends five days in the gym for two hours each time, which isn't too crazy. He used to box and trained six hours a day, six times a week - that's some serious dedication! Now, he's looking to break the all-time world record for powerlifting and make a comeback in strongman competitions. He's won an Arnold classic show three times already and is coming for a fourth title. This guy is a true legend and we're so excited to see what he does next!
