Okay. If you would like to get mucus out you give this a try In a medium size pot of water put 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper. Let it come to a boil turn it down some so the water boils out slowly. Take big drying towel put it over your head and then steaming pot. Let the steam from the pot hit your face. Last night I did this for 15 minutes mucus lots I blew out and my face sweated This morning I did it again but left the pot on the stiff at a little higher heat. And did this for 20 minutes not only did I use almost a whole role of toilet paper to blow mucus out lots but my whole body sweated. Do it as long as you can stand and have time for. Be careful you may sneeze like crazy. I have an old fashion clock I couldn't see hardly 3 feet away. The longer I did it the clearer the clock became. I love it

Y'all giving credit to Sebi when The Most High told us how to eat from day one and it's written in scripture. The problem is people don't read the Bible because if they did, they would know not to eat animals or dairy at all. Animals were given to eat after the fall of man and even after He brought His people out of Egypt He tried to get them to eat Manna and trust Him for provisions but they complained.....and that's when He sent the quails for them to eat and the disobedient ones choked and died off clean meat. Just eat a plant based diet like He originally prescribed.
alkha Life I'm not saying Dr. Sebi doesn't have good info. But people praise him as though he's God when God has given these instructions since day one and they've been in the Bible. Not only that, Dr. Sebi does some things that are contrary to the word of God....and I'll leave it at that and continue to give The Most High God His due praise for telling us these things from the start. Disobedience to God's laws opens us up to sin and disease and that's why disease is running rampant.
Don't confuse praise with honor. If you did it, we'd still be thankful. Plus the Bible is no longer a trusted book. It's been manipulated jus as the teachings. We live in a time of proof and witness. Even the stories in the Bible's only reflect that period of time.

Which is always best after an alkaline drink and a 30 minute break before consuming HEALTHY veggies and spelt bread. Also its what we eat and drink on a day to day pattern. Meats, sugars, fast foods, that have all the wrong ingredients in them. Fats ie, fried foods even if you cook your own is bad if you cook it in shortenings like crisco or vegegable oils. cooking with cold pressed olive oil, grape seed oils and coconut oils are healthier. but to get rid of congestion is to eat an alkaline diet, little or no meat. fish is the healthiest. i used to say chicken but they are pumped with so much garbage that I hardly eat chicken. the healthiest foods are fruits and veggies. because we are what we eat and our bodies respond either positively or negatively. WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!!! sick or well.
I tried going vegan and I know it’s possible to get all your needs through that diet but as a 6’5 225 pound man I became protein deficient and low on iron . I did not add meat back in because as you said I don’t trust it anymore , but organic eggs and some cheese is helping me a lot ! Great comment btw
Y’all this man is not lying. When I tell you sea moss TRULY gets rid of mucus. No allergies this year, i haven’t been sick all year, my energy is GREAT, i suffered from anxiety and it just makes me feel....calm. God really blessed us with sea moss, it’s so sad the world doesn’t know about it & the ones who do know about it & choose not to take it... may they rest in ignorance and problems. Each food he mentioned in this video, I'd quit consuming it 4 years ago, I quit tobacco and alcohol, always have been drinking lots of water, a vegetarian consuming apple cider vinegar and bicarbonate on a daily basis, kefir fir breakfast, and yet 4 months ago I got pneumonia, nearly died. I spent 50 days at the hospital. I'm now well (a check-up every month), but I'm yet to figure out what went wrong.
