The Carnival Horizon is the first Carnival ship to feature the Dr. Seuss WaterWorks Water Park! There are two water slides here and we show POV rides of both.
The Cat in the Hat slide is an enclosed raft slide offering more than 450 feet of twists and turns.
The Fun Things slide is an enclosed body slide with polka dots and special lighting effects and named after Thing 1 and Thing 2 and includes 213 feet of exhilarating all-ages fun.
There is also a 150-gallon tipping bucket patterned after The Cat's hat along with a splash zone, statue figures of Cat in the Hat and Grinch.

I’ve been on Carnival Panorama, one of Carnival Horizon’s two sister ships. On Carnival Panorama, the “Cat In The Hat” slide is called “Red Fun”. I loved it. I wasn’t a huge fan of the other slide (which on the Carnival Panorama is called “Blue Fun”).
