So my sister, where is Dr. Sir Warrior's compound? I was so keen on seeing Sir Warrior's compound, to see where this legend was born and to hear from his family about his life history but I couldn't see that. I feel a bit disappointed now.
In 2010 i visited our family friend in this same area umuhu. One thing I like about them is how everyone will fence their compound with living- stick. It looks so natural and cool
Dr sir warrior is a very good friend of my father the are in the same record company DECCA he use to come to our house to give later to my dad from DECCA my dad band is Imo brothers International band
This village looks very peaceful, nice and quiet with good wide road network. A table lands with green rain forest gardens. It is really a home though.
Am enjoying your videos especially those of us outside nigeria from Mbaise but I was disappointed that you didn't show us Dr Sir Warriors house at least as I do not know exactly where he is from even though am an Mbaise Son.
My bewilderments are that you used a silly song as background music instead of Warrior's; the reason this village rings a bell is because of Warrior, yet you did not pass through or stop by his home; Warrior was never a leader of the Oriental Brothers International Band, he was the lead vocalist and when he quit the Orientals, he formed a band he called his version of the Oriental Brothers but it was not the actual Oriental Brothers International Band. Why did you stop in front of the guy peeing on the street corner, did we have to see that? If you want folks to subscribe, make more sense than this. I gave you a thumbs up though for your effort.
Yes you are right as a real ingenious of lagwa OKWUATO I really miss that community I will be so excited but we the young guys use to burst that it's our pet I will share an interest story behind that money but is a fact if you're interested then let me in
Since you know Sir Warrior's village, can you please give us the genesis of the problem amongst the Oriental Brothers, which resulted to that stereotypical, derogatory remark about Mbaise indigenes? That is, the snake and Mbaise man. I heard that there was a problem between Warrior and Dan Satch, after which the latter waxed the stereotype in a record. But I heard that the Mbaise people rose up and banned the record. I heard that one wanted to outsmart the other, but that the Mbaise man countered his smartness, which was quite overwhelming. The man got infuriated and sang that derogatory song about Mbaise indigenes. Can you update us further?
It was a problem between Warrior and Kabaka not Dansatch. Kabaka was the man who sang about the Mbaise and snake which brought the biggest enmity between Kabaka and Mbaise as a whole till today.
No song like that was ever recorded by Kabaka against Mbaise people derogatory or not. Kabaka had long debunked the story. The story itself had long existed before the trio - Warrior, Kabaka and Dansatch became humans. Those who were offended as a result of the disagreement amongst them burrowed down beneath and made it appear as homogeneous fundamentalism. Please, ditch the story.
Yes you tried, but you did it as if you were afraid, I know maybe for security reasons but if you want to make a solid documentary you can reach out to some villagers (like the village head) he can take you round the village or assign someone to take you round Because the message wasn't complete, for instance, you passed the school built through his father you didn't mention it, you passed his Hotel (Appama Inn) you didn't mention it and you didn't show his house and compound even your starting point wasn't the best way to start atleast you should have started from the linking of the road which is Owerri Express road then Heartland FM (Radio Station) and more .... Just pointing a few because that my village shaa! But kudos you tried.
Till the end of this video... can't observe SR warrior house 🏠.... Please can my fellow viewers that really subscribe what's not child's play.,. Put me right if I'm blind,.....
She only shows the road direction to Dr. Sir Warrior's house which is not too far from where she was at that point. She could have just for the sake of her followers drive to Warrior's house to entertain her viewers with a glance of Warriors house. The village looks peaceful and quiet with good structure and planned roads. They have wide roads which is good.
Is this a documentary or random videoing round a community acclaimed to be sir warrior"s home? This is a poor job to be honest.Warrior is a big name and documentary about him must be clinical.Didnt left behind human beings to talk to or even show his house nomatter state of the house.Check Bob Marley's documentary and other big artist and do a better job for this great son of Nigeria, abeg
You were supposed to show us Dr Warrior's compound and interview people in that Compound, you just showed up village without tangible interaction with the people of the community. This is not worth it !
Your work is very poor you should have gone to his house if possible interview his wife or any family member that will tell us about him your work has no substance
