I'm glad for all my colleagues and friends in the NHS. No one should be forced to make the choice between their livelihood and having to accept a drug being put into their bodies that is not fully tested. And I'm glad for all the patients who will not have to suffer under worse conditions because of even more severe understaffing.

For me the chilling thing about that original viral clip was the absolute paralysis of the 4 nurses around the computer when Sajid Javid asked them the question. None of them wanted to be the one to say anything at all, for or against. The culture of the NHS is as regimented as the Army and dissent is difficult for staff. In that moment Dr James showed leadership.

Thank God for this!!! Thank God someone in medicine stood out to speak the TRUTH! Many were too frightened.

So glad this was revoked, what a relief. I hope now that people are able to travel freely now vaccinated and unvaccinated treated as equals.

I'm one of the doctors who held the line. Very glad i did. If we hadn't they wouldn't have needed to reverse. Due to Google suppresion of search results i didn't even know about this organisation/character so did it alone with no support, trusting others were doing the same. I tried on the last few months to get support from colleagues in taking action. They were willing to listen to my views but not willing to share their except for one or two individuals and none were willing to take any kind of action

The district nurse spoke to me over the telephone tonight and I would hate it if she was sacked for not having a vaccination. Why should I be bothered about a district nurse over the telephone and when I go face to face to A&E they're wearing masks? 😷 Meaning we are in safe hands. The point is I am more concerned about my health and wellbeing not the healthcare professionals vaccination status. The psychotherapist has a medical degree so they're qualified and that's what matters. I have been waiting ages for a urologist and to sack one for not being vaccinated is disgusting. How dare you Sajid Javid delay urology for another few months. I have needed it for a year now.

I have nothing but respect for Steve James. His courage in speaking out against Vaccine Mandates has made the government think twice and he has inspired thousands to speak up, the nation owes Steve a huge debt.

A national hero - but he rightly strikes a cautious tone with the view that there are many fights ahead on the battlegrounds of freedom of choice & informed consent. But he should bask in the glory all the same!
