Great to hear about the universal antidote to our problems from Dr Tony Nader. I suffered from periodic depression since being a teenager and it magically soon disappeared when i learnt TM in in 1979. I never thought such a simple technology could be so life changing. Because of learning and regularly practicing TM I have enjoyed a really fulfilling and happy life more than I ever could have imagined. The problems of today and the media are so depressing persuading us that we are descending into a world of increasing problems and misery. This technology of consciousness changes this descending spiral into an ascending one. This is a chance for everyone to participate collectively in a proven simple technology that will transform human existence. Don't worry if you are skeptical - there was nobody more skeptical than me before I learnt TM.

The point of view expressed here is intriguing ; from neuroscience and our human brain responses all the way to societal behavior and to the cosmos! Am all for looking to consciousness as a basis of life and expanding "from I to we", via the simplicity of transcending in meditation. Thank you.
