No, it's about parents having no discipline. That's it. How do you teach a child discipline if you're not a disciplined parent? Discipline is the best form of self care. It's doing what you're supposed to do regardless of how you feel. If you look at these kids the parents are never teaching their child these traits. Whether it be because both parents work so much they come home and choose to not teach their kids. Because their "too tired" "my house is dirty because I have too many kids" no your house is dirty because you lack the proper habits. No one forced you to have kids it's your fault for having them and not choosing to be part of their lives. There is a reason you need to have good grades to play a sport in school. If you're not disciplined enough to be balanced with school work, home life, and sports then your not disciplined enough to succeed in the sport. Because "How you do anything is how you do everything" take accountability it's always someone's else's fault and that's very convenient, isn't it?

Finance in reality takes all those classes (in order to be successful). For example, imagine the level of expertise of even the Accountants/Analyst that prepare quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. Would you want these people to have subpar math, reading and writing skills when you are relying on the info they publish to be complete and accurate?

Both are needed not one or the other. If you do not have math, reading, science things of those nature you won’t be able to even start or be proficient in said business.

Not all the time; it's the educational system's fault. Some schools teach you what you need to succeed in financial literacy. People just fail to listen and read. My college teaches others how to become financially literate and gives us mini-simulators, discussion activities, and etc to expand our knowledge.

I think public schools should be funded by the federal government not local property taxes and everybody should get a equal resources 😏

Everyone can just make money online easily. Society would stop functioning. So nature as put a balance on things. Some people can anc some people simply can't. We still need STEM workers and labourers.

A lot of public education is not relevant. After elementary school, curriculum should be more career/ life skills based. And we really dont need to got to school until 18. The last 2 yrs should be on site apprenticeships. Ppl who want to go to college can start at 16 as well.
