It's interesting that no one really inquires as to how this school will sustain itself financially once it is open. A conservative estimate would probably be a few million dollars annually. There is a ton of overhead with a project such as this. Also, this guy Jermaine refuses to obtain accreditation for this school. The reality is that if a student wants to transfer credits to an institution of higher learning, the student may face a significant challenge to be accepted based on a diploma from fdmg. It may not be worth very much when all is said and done. The diploma could be meaningless in a lot of situations for the child.

I could be wrong and I hope this isn’t true but I think he’s living in that building and the donations are going to his lifestyle. Additionally, that state doesn’t, Delaware, doesn’t require that donations be made public and tracked. So basically he found a huge building to live in for free and is not required to prove how he’s using funds. He made this type of video before and yes he built a gym and a couple classrooms and the rest was inhabitable. Finally, he seems to be financially and business challenged or has no intention on opening a functional private school long term or at all. He purchased 4 vacant buildings and is attempting to renovate them for the fdmg academy. 2 schools and 2 gyms. He has no tangible game plan. He just collects donations and shows a little work now and again to keep the con going. Part of the funds are used for travel (air fare), hotels, food, dating and cocaine.

Here are the tangibles that everyone can agree on - The buildings exist in a "weed and seed" area as designated by the department of justice, the buildings are on toxic land and should be torn down and repurposed. He claimed that "renovations were complete" when obviously not. Probably foundation work needs to be done (he hasn't addressed that one). Even he admits on video that "he hopes the renovations will be completed" for the side of the street that has the elementary building but, "money will run out and there will be no money to renovate the other buildings..." What does this tell you? He will have exhausted all financial resources on the elementary building. There are no funds for operating the school or maintaining the annual costs associated with. People complain about athletes and celebrities not donating? Well, usually these folks have a team which includes a financial advisor to investigate potential investments for the client. There is no viable or tangible structure for this idea beyond renovating a building. Then what? How to pay for the launching and annual costs associated with operating a school? These advisors most likely told the client to run the other way. Like I said, will end very badly for him and the poor investors have no legal recourse to recover already spent donations @@laquisab
