Just a little tip. Try topping up over your makeup with a mineral powder sunscreen like Colorscience or Supergoop. Abit pricey but you get all day protection😍

I love this sunscreen. I have combination skin and regular mineral sunscreen dries me out, this one doesn’t. No white cast and it looks good under my foundation. It’s expensive but I’m going to order more.

I just got the sunscreen yesterday & My acne prone skin seems to LOVE it. No white cast for me after I rub it in & it keeps my combination/oily skin feeling nice and dewy.

I was so curious about reapplying over make-up, thank goodness you had time to wash it off before work Lol. I don't even remember to reapply lip gloss half the time so I deffo won't be trying to remember spf 😆 thanks for sharing Gorg 😘

I have been using this for a few days now. It really has no cast on me. But I have combination skin and found it too be too greasy for me. I feel it sit on the skin and never sinks in which makes me always need powder. Doesn’t feel the best. Love the innovation of the product and to support a creator like Dr. V. Not sure if I will repurchase due to the cost and how the product sits and feels on my skin.

the sunscreen from Purito has not the SPF of 50 but rather between 19-27 (if i remember correctly). I am not sure if you are aware of that issue. It was a huge scandal and they discontinued their sunscreens and will be launching new ones soon

I have this sunscreen too, I think it’s definitely oily looking on the face. It also makes my skin feel a bit itchy. Don’t know why. I wish there was a matte version, or a cheaper version bigger that solely has the invisible mineral sunscreen protection and none of the fancy inhibitors

I have this SPF and it is very greasy on my already oily skin. She said on her channel that it was going to be a gel and its not. She contradict herself with her own product, I am trying to make it work but I do not enjoy wearing it because I look like an oil slick and it bleeds into my eyes and pools on my neck

Im pretty sure you have to pat it on the skin in a couple of layers at a time on top of makeup. I still haven't got this sunscreen yet but I have other mineral sunscreens that I have applied on top of makeup and i pat it on instead of rubbing it. Anything you rub on the skin on top of makeup is going to rub the makeup off. Maybe try and pat and show the results

It is expensive, but it’s the best SPF, I have normal/dry skin and on first application is does look dewy but it goes down. I wouldn’t blame the product being greasy if you have oily skin to start with.

Hope you are aware that the Purito sunscreen has been tested to be around 25-28 SPF and not the listed 50+. I still use it when indoors so I can finish up :)

How are you still finding Dermatica?

I just got this and it amazing no white cast and perfect under make up. Iam dark skin (J Aina tone) I re applied on top of my make up and it worked for me. Yes I have oily skin. I just dubbed it on it small layers working each part on the face separately. didn't re Powder. My makeup looked fresh.! Thou it worked it's not something I'll be constantly doing but nice to have that option. Yes it's expensive especially I have to share with my daughter and now my BF wants it too 🥺oh boy! 😅 My wallet is crying but it's quality and well worth every penny! Guess I I will be stockpiling this every opportunity I get. And you are so right skincare is investing and this is the most important step of skincare. Oh also first sunscreen I take up to my eyes and it doesn't sting me ! Result!

I stipple my SPF over my makeup with a sponge or a brush.

I think you need to apply the spf more gently. You only have to create a film on top of your skin but ensure to keep reapplying it.. No wonder some of your makeup came off

You need a powder spf for over your make up 😂😂😂
