Blessings to you for motivating the masses. This channel and a few others like inspired me to create my own yoga channel 11 months ago. For now, it is small with 537 subscribers and 400 hours of watch time, but lessons have been invaluable. And its growth is beyond my wildest dreams. From 10:45 I know that I am a pure spirit, that I always have been and I always will be. There is inside me a place of confidence and quietness and security, where all things are known and understood. This is the universal mind GOD which I am apart and responds to me as I ask of it. This universal mind knows the answer to all my problems and even now the answers are speeding their way to me. I needn’t struggle for them, I needn’t worry or strive for them. When the time comes the answers will be there. I give my problems to the great mind of GOD, I let go of them, confident that the correct answers will return to me when they are needed. Through the great Law of Attraction everything that I need for my work and fulfillment will come to me. It is not necessary that I strain about this, only believe for the strength of my of belief, my faith will make it so. I see the hand of divine intelligence all about me, in the flower, the tree, the brook, the meadow. I know the intelligence that created all these things is in me and around me and I can call upon it from my slightest need. I know that my body is a manifestation of pure spirit and that spirit is perfect, therefore my body is perfect also. I enjoy life for each day brings a constant demonstration of the power and wonder of the universe and myself. I am Confident. I am Serene. I am Sure. No matter what obstacle or undesirable circumstance crosses my path I refuse to accept it, for it is nothing but illusion. Wayne doesn't waste time on false intellectualism or pomp. He gives actionable information, without making it feel like a quantum physics class. Speaking of which... Wayne also reminds us of our favorite teachers. Many of life problems can be finessed by understanding that we can't control other's behavior, only how we react to them. One of my favorite quotes is from the Stoic philosopher Epictetus, who said, "Who... is the invincible human being? One who can be disconcerted by nothing that lies outside the sphere of choice." It serves me well every day.

I found Wayne when I was quitting drinking. He seems like a cult guru at first. But I gave him a chance and I discovered he was telling the truth about many things. I haven't been able to manifest the life of my dreams yet. But I have been able to manifest material objects at times or find lost items quickly. I was able to stay sober. My son left his hometown to live with me 3000 miles from his mother. Between Wayne and Wim Hof breathing I am a different person almost entirely. In a good way. I'm not wealthy yet. But I'm truly happy. I don't hate myself or God anymore. I'm grateful for my life now and a lot of that is thanks to Wayne. His teachings are blessing for me and deserve the many hours I've spent listening to.

I started reading his books at the age of 13. My mom had them earmarked and tattered and I thought these must be good. They helped me through tough teen times, even though I could not comprehend it all completely. I am so glad he shared his wonderful wisdom. I am now 54 and this 15 minutes is truly powerful, having so much key information in such a short compilation. I have saved this and will listen often to remind myself of these important words to live by.

Unforgiving is the water and sunlight that makes bad health grow. I remember when I forgave myself. It changed my life, even tho I still had to pay for my crimes, my sins were gone. This made the pentance easier to accept. After walking around the entire lake and traveling through the lions den, my perception of understanding and truth have changed entirely. GOD loves us. Fear not.
