They new signals are very bright and I found out the hard way that you do not look at them close up. (big blue spot anyone?) Hello Brad! I was shocked at how small they were when they were delivered. They are extremely bright with a great beam pattern. My production assistant Sam is the sweetest creature on this planet. He is a rescue who was wandering around out in the woods here in NC. He is such an absolute blessing. Cheers Bro!

Thank You Jon! TST Industries is an amazing source for upgrades for many different bikes. I neglected to mention that a full LED conversion also reduces the power draw which keeps the battery happy and allows for accessories to be plugged in. Spot on about how much more modern the Mighty DR650 looks with these simple modifications. Cheers Bro!

Thanks Gregor! I have noticed that on the new bikes they signals are white with the colored LEDs in them. I believe this upgrade adds a lot more safety and resistance to damage of the signals. Hope you are doing great!!! Cheers!

@@TheBeardedGrump Nah, I doubt that will happen. I was in the same situation being a DR650 centric channel and bought the V-Strom 1050 and didn't lose any. You have great content and the new bike will fit in fine.

They work really well and tuck up against the side of the bike quite nicely. I loaded up the bike with panniers and a top bag and the turn signals were in the perfect spot to not be obstructed by the bags. So far, so good. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Hey Calvin! It was not as bad to do as I thought it would be. I believe it was due to the kit being set up to be plug and play. Which one did you end up using?

@@doc650adventures mine didn’t have any plugs. I had to splice them in. Didn’t know what wire to put where and you know leds have to go a certain way. Got it figured out eventually though. What I get for trying to cheap out. 😁 Just cheap china stuff from amazon.

My pleasure David! They are great turn signals for sure. You will not need relocation brackets with the 5.3 liter Acerbis tank. Another advantage with the TST signals is they are small and are not as subject to damage when dropping the DR. Cheers Buddy!

​@@doc650adventures sweet! Did you have to use plug converters for the rear aswell? Or can i just plug them in where the stock ones were?

@@PsychoSainten I used the wiring harness (adapter that came with the kit) they plugged right in! The hardest part was finding the correct wires to plug into. It is not that difficult, you just have to trace the stock wires from the turn signals to the connections and swap in the new harness. The turn signals are very bright. I also went ahead and installed the TST Industries flasher relay to get the pulse of flash correct. Hope this helps! Cheers!
