You should add the adverb ‘arguably’ before ‘The BEST’ since U.P. College of Medicine ( beginning in 1940 ) became a FULL Affiliate Member in Good Standing of AAMC, Association of American Medical Colleges ahead of UCLA ( University of California, Los Angeles Geffen School of Medicine), University of Kansas Medical School, The Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota etc., etc. while all of above ELITE 🇺🇸American Medical Schools and ‘other’ 🇨🇦 Canadian Medical Schools were ‘just’ or STILL PROVISIONAL ( probationary ) members of AAMC. ☝️U.P. In the field of Medicine anywhere in the World, you become an expert based on the sheer number of cases and patients that you see. Philippine General Hospital the country’s National University Hospital is the republic’s tertiary referral center, the largest and busiest hospital in the archipelago. Historically and until today, it is the best place to train physicians in ANY specialty. UP also recently surpassed Harvard in terms of research articles and number of citations. It is still the best place to learn any clinical skills, surgical, diagnostic or clinical acumen.

Facilities pa lang panalo na UST FMS. Kitang-kita din sa PLE na topnotchers ang UST grads. Kahit madami silang students, mataas pa din passing rate.
