From English to Tagalog,unusual to listen to but quite irritating though.Why can't Filipinos jsut speak straight English and /or just Tagalog ?

This video is an informal presentation where the primary audience is the Filipino people. So expect both English and Tagalog since Filipinos are used to a combination of English and Tagalog. I actually get irritated when a pinoy speak to me in English since I'm a pinoy and grew up speaking Tagalog. I use English everyday but my mind still think in Tagalog first most of the time.
