It is called recycling old stuff but not producing anything different. Heard all of this 50 years ago. Alan Parsons is better. Stopped listening a couple minutes in (I am being generous)
This is just the sort of thing I crave musically these days. In my mind it's 'night music,' for staring up into space. It has a warmth--someone here calls it 'retro,' a kind of forward-looking from the past. Fine album.
It's space synth not retro The people who call things they think are from the 80's have the musical knowledge of a puddle. The vast majority of the synths people attribute to the "wicked" 80's were all invented in the 70's. Synths are not stuck in any time period, just your mode of thinking is
@victorkreig6089 While I appreciate what you're saying, as it does have some truth to it, I am also not sure why you'd allow such a petty thing to upset you so deeply. Life is far too short for that. If I could lend you any advice at all whatsoever, it would be to try finding a more positive way to utilize your time and energy. I spent the better part of my youth allowing that sort of anger and irritation at others to dictate my life. It's not enjoyable, it's extremely counterproductive and nobody likes to be around that kind of negative energy. I didn't even realize how much of a drag I was to be around until the woman who eventually became my wife pointed it out to me and I vowed to change my ways.

I checked it out. There are 20 units remaining (as of 2024-09-03. Cost is 10 Euros for the cassette plus 13 Euros shipping. Sort of wish I still had a working cassette player. I really miss those days.
With 60% of earth's mammals being live stock and 36% being human beings.. So much for gods gift, big 4% left of it. Your religion failed. There are no gods or masters.
This is beautiful. I’m a visual artist and writer currently working on a sci-fi book and this album is pure inspiration! Love it. So glad I discovered this!
This is amazing music. It is like finding Jarre's post-Oxygene ambiental album. Vangelis did Tegos Tapes, this reminds of this kind of relaxing atmosphere. Will be listening to this for years to come, alongside my Tangerine, Vangelis and Jarre collections. Bravo!
A homage to the old analog Tangerine Dream and Jean Michel Jarre. When you could not just program the instrument but had to make analog settings while performing. Glad to see this type of music lives on.
Caríssimos... muito feliz e muito grato por compartilharem este belíssimo trabalho! Vida Longa & Próspera repleta de realizações... Um grande abraço a partir do Brasil! 🖖🙏👏👏👏✨️
Wow. This is a treat. More Jarre than TD and with splashes of Neuronium. Great stuff. Bien fait, vraiment. Un delice dans un monde de musique electronique parfois banale!
This is awesome!!! Purchased after only listening for a few minutes. This is the kind of stuff I have playing in the background when I want to get into the right headspace for something. Be it crafting, reading, writing a story, etc.
Thanks to Jean Michel Jarre, The Intangible, Stellardrone, Ascendant for the inspiration writings . Dedicated to my family, friends, and the believers ... and Pink Floyd
That cover art is very authentic. It looks like it came straight from a cover of some late 70s sci-fi magazine like Analog. Great stuff. Is it really a contemporary illustration made to look vintage or an actual period piece reused here?
Subscribed! Anyone with more sugestions that sound like this? I already love a bunch of artists like Dreamstate Logic, but I am looking for this reto sci-fi calm ambient vibe this album has. Great find!
