Rutgers running back Isiah Pacheco’s road to the NFL Draft includes enduring family tragedies at a young age. NBC10’s Jacqueline London has his story in the latest installment of our Draft Dreams series.
The guy has been such a force for the Chiefs. Going from incredibly tragic events to going to the Super Bowl in his rookie season is nothing short of inspirational.
After hearing his story I'm all the more excited for this young man. He's coming to play for a championship organization and he'll quite possibly be able to win a couple rings in their name. Welcome to Chief's Kingdom Isiah. I wish you nothing but the greatest success.
I love this kid. And I only now heard that his siblings were both murdered. My respect for him went up when I really thought it couldn’t get any higher to begin with. I hope he has many good years on the NFL and a blessed l life.
One of the only football players that I respect. He plays the game like a man and leaves all the mugging and choreography up to the insecure little boys.
The Chiefs have a great roster of talented people 👏 👌 and Pacheco is one of them that has a personal standard for himself that drives him to deliver excellence in all aspects of his life.
@@jonathanns20 I believe hes actually both .dominican ancestry but father grew up in puerto rico making him identify more with puerto rico and his mother is African American . But he grew in NJ or tri state area like a majority of dominican Americans and puertorican americans
He has an uncanny 2 step that Kix in at 9000 RPM from the gate, And he can juke anybody using this 2 step down the field same play At 10000 RPM😂❤😮 He runs like Tyson Fought!
Damn right, I’m excited to see him get even better and hopefully win a ring. He runs with everything he’s got every single time, he deserves to be a champion.
I’m a Rutgers fan and loved watching Pacheco grow as a person and a player. He was the light during all of our rough seasons. He’s gonna be a stud in the NFL great pick by the chiefs. Go Ru
He's already said he is AA and PR. His great grandfather was DR. That doesn't really count . There is enough mixture that he has very little DR if he were to do a DNA.🙄 He doesn't claim ya anyway.
