I'm 44. I have been a lifelong Bills fan, as I grew up on Grande Island. I can say with confidence that we are lucky to have Mr. Beane running our organization. He truly is a world class GM.

He did good in this draft but very bad cash management von diggs etc we had to trade out of 1st round because we couldn’t afford one wow that’s saying something. Tighten the purse strings on him let’s go buffalo 🦬 🎉

I said it in Feb and repeated it a lot. Just give me WR, IDL, S in any order in the top 3 picks. We can debate the players but we won't know until we see them play, but we did what needed to be done this draft.

I hate how other teams get year 1 impact from first round picks and we get a guy who will be decent the year before his rookie deal is over. like bro why spend a 1st on a guy who isn’t good for 3-4 years

Positionally I had everything but they didn’t take an outside CB like Stiggers or Devonshire (they had their choice at CB w the 4th R5 but moved back) - my hunch is that they like their CB room as it stands. (Small chance Surtain Jr in 2025) As for WR not being double dipped on - with L Collins & maybe Van Pran getting an early run at C the Bills can use Edwards / L Collins in jumbo so they prioritized different positions. My mock from R2-R5 had lot of overlap. Solomon was my most mocked player. Carter, Davis, & Van Pran being others I’ve liked since I started my ish. Like how Clayton is protected so giants can’t pluck him from practice squad. Good draft & set up for 2025. Go Bills - trade for D Hop, OBJ too injury prone imo or I’d sign him.

Because of the draft industry we build this mythical ladder of value that is essentially a ranking of opinion. Why would a team not take a player because the "value"is wrong? The only value worth talking about is more picks vs less picks. Our Gm picked up more picks and adressed our needs. My bet in on Beane. He is more often right then wrong. I am just a guy who listens to opinion, what do I know. beane knows the needs and direction of his team and has oodles of people looking at thosuands of hours of tape, hours of interviews etc. I would have to be a complete dilousinal idiot to think my opinion is more legit then Beane's.

Gotta disagree with the eagles. We can’t give beane credit for adding picks and howie I believe added more picks and drafted fit and need. And I believe they stole Shipley from the bills which I dislike. Because I believe Shipley is the most complete back in the class.

@@gregorytompsett7090 will Shipley is a safe beat. They drafted trotter jr. and Johnny Wilson is a bigger version of Keon Coleman and worse case scenario at 6’7 can play tight end. It’s not just 2 picks. I for sure wanted Wilson and Shipley but it is what it is.
