omg. You're some sort of a connectionist (yeay for new words) I remember that conversion but never thought that she really does look like that in the pics now :D
familybossprimo She didn't make it, she recommended it for Morrigan. Dummour Watch "The Fires Above" trailer, where we saw Morrigan again for the first time. She is wearing the exact same dress!
The funny thing about the "putting morigan in velvet dress" banter is that in dragon age inquisition morigan actually wears a dress that matches this description
She actually has some dialogue about that in Inquisition (although it is only conveyed through message runners in Skyhold). Apparently, Kieran was the one who picked out the dress for Morrigan to wear. Leliana said the boy has great taste.
If only the party banter actually played out like this. Feels cinematic and organic, like as it really happened. Much more enjoyable. I'd love to see a playthrough of DA like this.
***** lol It's a fake religious institution and despite the fact that it had its share of fanatics, Grand Cleric Elthina was the only person in the Chantry who epitomized the ideal of the Andrastian faith. The rest of them were a bunch of bloodthirsty hypocrites who hated the Qunari just because they dared to defy the beliefs. So yeah, Elthina was among the innocent that Anders murdered.
kensredemption Except she did nothing. People were suffering in Kirkwall and she was just "Der that's okay!" Doing nothing about a problem can be just as bad as the problem itself in this case. One chantry compared to all the mages that were tortured, raped and killed in Thedas. He was right to do this after trying for so long to be peaceful about it.
I haven't played Inquisition yet but I find it hard to believe they could top this group. It all felt like a big dysfunctional but happy family. Morrigan and Allistair were like brother and sister teasing and poking at each other. Leliana the bubbly sister to Morrigan driving her crazy. I loved all of their interactions the only person I've never seen the interactions was Loghain because fuck him Allistair was my boy and I was not about to lose him to some traitor.
tehmackness Nostalgia goggles much?I actually really like inquisitions cast, dorian and sera have some pretty funny banter.I really don't get the hate for inquisition there is nothing inherently bad about it,it got great reviews across the board. And is my favourite da so far,i honestly think people like you just have nostalgia goggles glued to your face .
Vijay Laud I agree I finally got to playing and at first I didn't like the new people. Sera was the first companion ever I came close to kicking out. The banter thus far hadn't been great with only a couple of memorable ones. Then I began talking to them at base and then their characters began to shine. Iron Bull quickly became my qunari buddy. His talk after killing a dragon was hilarious. Cole is adorable, Dorian is great, I can't think of one I really dislike out of the bunch. Even Sera who I didn't like at first grew on me. Even though I love the first cast the Inquisition's I think is way better. From their personalities to their backstories they were great.
MrSGZone Blackwall is the only one that's underwhelming atleast until you get his companion quest, idk if you've finished it so i won't spoil anything, but solas becomes alot more interesting on the second playthrough.Origins and inquisition are both great games with great casts imo.
That last joke was the most glorious. It's small moments like these that really shine in the "grand epic quest to save the world/universe/EVRYTHING" that make the characters likeable and more than just 'the healer the tank and the damage' or what have you (mechanical tools without any manner of depth / humanity).
I'm not crazy about some of the appearance mods you use, but I do love this as a whole. Also, The Warden's reaction to all this in general seems to be: "I've heard some shit."
it's almost as if having a spirit living inside you for several years and physically feeling it morph into a demon and dragging your mind along for the ride is a bummer XD
In that part when Leliana talk about dress for Morrigan, that description exactly sits to dress which Morrigan wear in DAI when first encounter inquisitor. :D
I can't believe what they had done to Anders in DA2. The least they could do is keep some of his humor. Maybe if they let Anders keep Sir Pounce-A-Lot, his personality would improve.
Patrick McGinty DA2 ruined him for me! He became obsessed with templers and justice. In awakening everything he said was golden and I could not get enough of him. DA2 I was like omg stfu Anders I don't care about Justice or your hatered of Templers!
Patrick McGinty Even though he had an obsession with them in Awakening, he did not show it as much as he did in DA2. The thing that made me love Anders was his sense of humor. The banters between Ogren and him had me laughing my ass off. Of course Anders is not the only reason I'm upset, I'm more upset that Bioware made such a successful franchise into one that I no longer look forward to continue buying. Very sad, because DAO is my all time favorite game. wish I could say that for DA2... but I rather pretend it does not exist.
Ivan Braginski Look on the bright side, in DA2 you had the option of killing Anders, which I did. That means we most likely won't see Anders in the Inquisition. Also, Morrigan, Lilliana, and Varric are going to be joining you in the Inquisition. Just because Bioware messed up in DA2, doesn't mean that the Inquisition should be written off. Hopefully they have learned from their mistakes.
Oh my God. This was the most beautiful thing I've seen in a very long time, but those last few seconds...really brought out the full potential of the classic Dragon Age awkward body physics. I am so happy right now, you have no idea. *Thank you.*
THE LAST SCENE!! HAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAH btw, I played dragon age origins and finished it few times.. had some endings.. but some of the banters, i've never seen.. is it a mod-banter?
no, these happen randomly while ur on the road. while ur walking down a road ur companions will just talk to each other. no cut scene, just random dialog depending on whose in the group at that time.
It's hilarious. I enjoy it so much. But i think the characters are too "pretty". No wrinkles on wynne's face, and morrigan looks less "mean". Alistair is gorgeous but too dandy. And why does oghrenook the same?
Everyone has their own different opinion, it's true. As for me, I prefer beautiful instead of stick to original. If I have a girlfriend, I'd prefer her to be beautiful too. :D I have re-created Alistair's face for my fanfiction. He looks more like the original and the original hairstyle not overboard like this one. This version is a one time thing.
That's dumb like have your opinion fine but the characters hairstyles are too big and poofy, it doesn't stick to the lore or characters and this might as well be a brand new game. Alister had a feasible realistic hairstyle. As did morrigan who now for some reason looks like a generic anime character and don't get me started on wynne who's supposed to be an old lady. And what's wrong with zevran? He looks hella ugly here when he looks way better in the vanilla game. Also with that mindset of beautiful over great personality and design you're shaping yourself to die alone buddy. I dare you to say that anywhere public, these aren't even dragon age characters anymore, these are your shitty oc's lip syncing others lines. Way to ruin it.
@@markervine1855 Jeez dude, get your chill back. If you hated how the characters looked, why'd you watch the video then stay to complain? The creator is 100% entitled to use whatever mods they like in THEIR game. Your whining comes over like someone who only likes margarita pizza complaining because someone else prefers meat feast.
I have recently begun another playthrough of all three Dragon Age games and I was delighted to discover this series. I've never heard some of these! Brilliantly done!
So this is your own recreation of banter in cutscene form, rather than a mod that turns banter into cutscenes? It's really well done. Adds a whole new dimension to the conversations. :D
These are absolutely hilarious! Especially as I am playing through the games again now, about to finish Awakening, I love seeing the banter in such a more "deliberate" manner. The Anders-Nathaniel one has to be the funniest, chasing after him with a sword, haha!
This is very creative! I love how you expounded on the bantering, adding interesting visual tidbits like Shale freaking out at the mention of Pigeons and Nathaniel chasing down Anders in the background at the end. I burst out laughing! Great work!
LOLs as watches Anders run from Nathaniel and his sword.* I gotta remember to add that when i am writing a chapter involving party banters if that is alright with you Makara tes?
These character models I'm seeing everywhere they're so different, so strange. It's like a completely new DA party not from the first or second game. My mind has difficulty putting this all together haha.
I haven’t seen this in absolutely ages, I love it. Best part for me was in the deep roads with alistair and shale and the scream he does and it echoes and the grey warden just turns around with that look! 😆 You could have added more in though! Brilliant
Wow! This was amazing to watch! Especially some of the added scenery, like Alistair's "Yeeeees?" These were better than my own imagination. Really glad to have found this. ^_^
GREAT video! love, Love, LOVE how you worked the banters into their own Cutscenes! Have also seen your pt2 and pt3 and love them as well! PS Could you do the Return to Ostagar one with Wynne and Alistair where Alistair tells her she looks younger and she all but propositions him? PSS I absolutely LOVE your Zevran MOD! Would you mind Sharing?
