My arrows tend to be around 425 grains give or take a little.

I asked them about the fletching after I opened these boxes. They said they have taken my recommendations and are now building them with a 3 inch fletch to avoid interference with the rest. I will not know - until they send me the new version of arrows - how far the new fletching design is attached from the nock.

The two drawbacks with one I have is that the string and cables stretched a lot. I'm thinking it was a bad batch because the other one they sent me didn't behave that way. The other drawback is the aggressive draw cycle. I personally like a smoother draw cycle so I just shoot it at a slightly lower draw weight to compensate.

No I do not ascribe to that school of thoughts. I think it is totally unnecessary and only gives you wider pin gap due to the added arrow weight. If you have followed my hunting videos this year, I have shot 6 deer with an expandable broadhead (rage) which are terrible for penetration in general, and every deer I have shot the arrow has been a pass through and buried into the ground. I think my arrow weight is around 420 grains. Why change anything if I am blowing through the deer like they are not even there and they are dying in sight most of the time?

I think maybe states do that to give the birds time for mating since we are hunting them in mating season, but I'm not positive

Currently, yes but they are changing it to 3 inch at my request because currently they can interfere with some arrows rests.
