@@shirosatsuma4946 That’s.....that’s the point? I mean, they aren’t entirely the same person and I know you’re kinda being smart about it but I just pointed out a nice detail bro

@@thedude1099 Wouldnt really make sense because we know this song is about merged zamasu who isnt really a saiyan only half because of black and it cant be about goku black because he has his own track.
This guy was responsible for the annihilation of an entire multiverse/timeline. Depending on the anime or manga continuity he would have either turned into an unstoppable entity capable of infecting all of reality or into a million man army with every single clone having power comparable to Vegito Blue. Not only was he well-written, he also was the most dangerous villain of them all. That's why Zamasu is the greatest villain in all of Dragonball.
Wait so the fanbase does like that part? My brother hates the ending of this arc so much that we will never have a Dragon Ball coversation without him bringing it up.
@@CapnShades i personally loved it. i thought it was cool to see them essentially lose a battle like that. sure, they were able to deal with him and fix it, but its a fight they've forever lost.
@@devilalastor3320 I mean you're definitely entitled to that opinion, i personally thought it wrapped up the future trunks timeline in a great way, and it competely leveled goku and vegeta who up to that point were unstoppable. sure they won (kind of) but they weren't the ones who beat him, and that'll stick with them.
@@KmanZAG Zamasu is honestly my favorite dragon ball villain, and I love the arc. However, the others are right. The ending really does both invalidate the arc, but actually erases it too. Trunks and Mai are returned to the exact same timeline, not a different one. That’s why there’s 2. It’s an earlier point in his timeline. And Whis also spoke to the Whis of Trunk’s timeline about Zamasu and he’s been sealed up before the plan even started. Meaning none of this happened. Sure the memories exist, buts it’s been purged from history. If they did just leave it at Zeno erasing the timeline, and having this be the one fight they could not win, I’d be fine with it. But unfortunately they didn’t.
Silence wretched Ningen! Can you not see the evil that pervades: you, others like you, your society, your way of life, and even you Ningen's offspring? You are desecrating everything with your vile actions. Your world is suffering. You need the Divine perfection I could bring with my master plan. You know not of my ways, or the ways of any other Zamasu. I am a savior, who shall save you from yourselves.
"My form is justice. And my form is the world. Worship me! Give praise unto me! Me, the beautiful, the sublime... me, the invincible, the almighty and divine... all hail Zamasu!"

Love how menacing and threatening it sounds. Never heard a choir in a boss theme before but it works so well. The _"Praise Zama-sama"_ part is so good. It sounds hopeless, like this is the end of everything.
I know you made this comment 8 months ago but some of my personal favorite themes with choirs in them are from dark souls 3, you should check out the boss themes, my personal favorites are: Pontiff sulyvahn, dark eater midir, sister friede, and slave knight Gael. Keep in mind they have 2 to 3 different phases with different music so keep listening.
"Your greedy nature of trying to touch a god, that is your sin! A god is one who looks down! It is not someone you can so casually touch, and yet, your countless humiliations against me are sins worthy of death!"
Very underrated Dragon Ball villain and overtook Frieza as my personal favorite! Rather than being evil for the sake of being evil, Zamasu did what he genuinely believed was right for the universe, but he let his desire for absolute justice consume him ended up going down a dark path. The embodiment of "the road to Hell is paved with good intentions".
@@ningensan8198 He's more the archetype of only seeing things in black & white, no shades of gray. Course it didn't help that Gowasu was a TERRIBLE teacher. Really? Going to a planet called BARBARI?!?
I'll fully admit that this theme legit makes me panic if it plays during an online match, if mostly because I find playing online multiplayer in fighters stressful as hell for some reason. Not even because Zamasu players are tough or anything, his theme is just THAT intense.
Same! Except… I play Zamasu… so whenever I hear this playing I immediately begin to lay then groundwork for the zero mortal plan by pasting the foundations of my arguments with the insufferable faces of all T-baggers whom believe their repugnant strategies reflect any skill or dominance over their opponents. I shall eliminate all whom have become disciples of this belief and drag their corpses throughout the depths of this intermingled web of insatiable plebeians… I’m sorry I’ve absolutely no clue what just came over me… I’m going to lie down for a bit… do you all later…
I wonder what stand-alone Zamasu's theme would be. Maybe it'd be like the choir in the back of the music, but more full and independent of Goku Black's rhythm.
I think in some parts they're saying "this is our lord he's Zamasu" "we praise our Lord Zamasu" The rest I can't decode even after listening to the song multiple times lol
Here you go Lyrics: We are a god. And we'll resolve you. Solemn Zamasu We are here. Praise our god! Zamasu! Praise our god! praise him! Praise our god! Zamasu! Praise our god! Praise! When the breakdown of Goku Blacks theme intertwined with the choir it was easily the best part. They really went all out for Zamasu's theme which is funny because he was pretty mid when he released.
Arcsys: Okay, we need a great theme for Merged Zamasu, any ideas? Developer 1: We could remix Goku Black's theme. Arcsys: Not bad, not bad, how about you? Developer 2: We could make it chaotic and menacing to fit his corrupted transformation. Arcsys: That would work, but his corrupted side isn't in this game, alright, what about you? Developer 3: *plays One Winged Angel* Arcsys:... That choir is freaking perfect.
"My form is justice, and my form is the world, worship me, give praise onto me me the beautiful the sublime,me the invincible almighty and divine, all hail zamasu"
*_"Your greedy nature of trying to touch a god… That's your sin! A god is one who looks down. It is not one you can so casually touch. And yet your countless humiliations against me...are sins worthy of death!"_*
I also like how Black’s theme sounds almost kind of heroic, or at least doesn’t sound evil. This theme, however, sounds like the end of the fucking world. A really good way to show how far Zamas has fallen.
@@fissilewhistle Fused Zamasu's birth quite literally marked the end of an entire multiverse. His defeat led to the erasure of an entire timeline basically.
If Zamasu himself does make a appearance in Fighterz (not fused) I'd assume it'd be mostly the vocals only with the instruments but not the goku black parts of the theme.
My form is justice, and my form is the world. Worship me. Give praise unto me. Me, the beautiful. The sublime. Me, the invincible and almighty and divine. All hail Zamasu.
Divinity isn’t a sole being. It is a part of entity. No, divinity is that being. He will eradicate everything that is considered sinful. In which he shall kill every mortal, with no remorse or regret. To bring the dawn of a new era. To create a new world, one without sin A world without abuse of the power that only the gods should possess. He is true justice. And the name of this new world. The creator of this new world. Will be, Zamasu
MY FORM IS JUSTICE. AND MY FORM IS THE WORLD. WORSHIP ME, GIVE PRAISE UNTO ME. ME THE BEAUTIFUL, SUBLIME........... ME, THE INVINCIBLE. ALL HAIL ZAMASU
@@tekkensson8675 in power yes, but he's immortal, i would say that even without Goku's power he could be tougher to beat than Buu. He transformed into the fricking universe after being killed lol
@@YuuyaKZMI Yeah, I only noticed that recently, aside from the movies which were made into arcs (cus they're technically Z movies), the only villain in the Super anime is Zamasu, everyone else are just antagonists who have motives that aren't necessarily evil.
This really sums up this whole part of the arc The frantic mess of instruments along side the intensity of this really screams *THIS JUST WENT FROM REALLY BAD TO ABSOLUTE SHIT!* Similarly to Goku blacks theme however, these trumpets overpower it whenever it can And that choir is what zamasu thinks everyone will be like to him when his zero mortals plan works and he takes over truly showing the fact that he’s lost his mind Hell, the choir even matches the trumpets of Goku blacks theme perfectly And another thing I noticed, THERES LITERALLY SPED UP PARTS OF GOKU BLACKS THEME During the second choir bit there’s a sped up version of that epic trumpet solo and in the next choir there’s a sped up version of idk which instrument I think it’s strings but yeah
This dude died four times 1. Getting hakai’d by Beerus in the present 2. Getting exploded by the Final Kamehameha (didn’t die, but I’m counting it because it’s a dramatic finish and it should’ve been how the arc ended [in my opinion]) 3. Getting bisected by Trunks (this really made me mad but I have to include it) 4. Getting destroyed by Zeno (this made me even more mad, but alas, I have to include it) Might actually be forgetting some deaths, too
True. I admit, I misspoke. I guess I really meant “deaths and ‘false deaths’”, since numbers 2 and 3 were places that he could have easily died and had the arc conclude. I included them because to me, it felt like these two instances were really just ways to add more eye candy to the series rather than actual plot. Then again, do we really watch Dragon Ball for its riveting plot and commentary on the human condition?
Goku Black and Future Zamasu merging essentially killed them both, since they surrendered their individuality permanently for a new identity and form Well, what little individuality two versions of the same person can have apart from one another
If we're counting what happens in the manga, Goku tried to kill him with a Hakai. And that's after he and Vegeta tried to kill him as Vegito and before multiple Zamasus come in.
This gives me heavy Ghetsis vibes for some reason. Truly the theme of someone whose lost themselves to their goals and has embraced the corruption they sought to destroy.
A theme made for the most unhinged Kai in Dragonball history filled with many things in his mind: - Unhealthy narcissism - Deep God Complex (even for a Kai like himself) - Ambitious yet Confused - Just plain racist AF Like, motherfucker just has the most complicated idea of ruling a multiverse all on his own. Erase the mortals so he could have it all to himself. Like, bro would rather have a multiverse filled with copies of HIMSELF for he sees that he’s the most superior of all.
@@muigokublack6487 Hence why he’s so ambitious yet confused. He sees a multiverse that can be perfect yet he doesn’t know a damn thing how mortals work. Which is why his goals of multiversal genocide is that he wants a multiverse with nobody else to exist in it but himself.
today is the day when the whole universe bowed before the most beautiful and powerful God to him who is the world to him who is universal justice the almighty ZAMASU!
