So Android 17 and 18 used to be normal humans but were kidnapped by Gero and turned into cyborgs so they still have human bodies but they’ve been modified which is why they can have kids. They are known as Cyborg 17 and 18 in the Japanese version. The English dub changed it to Android

Lol, the reason why 17 and 18 have human parts is cause they're not actually "Androids" but Cyborgs (cybernatically enhanced humans), the English dub just used the term Androids instead, which is where the confusion comes from for English speakers. And Cell regenerated because his core (head) wasn't completely destroyed, which gave him the insane power boost because of the saiyan in him. Video was STUPID btw (in a good way lmao).
