I think Beast and Ultra VB had an impact on the development of this Goku. Like they knew VB was nuts and knew Beast would be too, so they made UI EXTRA good so he’s not made fodder by those two
Guys, just so everyone is aware of this. There is only a restriction on the number of times you can activate the cover block, not on the number of times you can draw the ultimate. Which means, you can basically draw the ult once normally, as well as again when he’s last man standing, and then once again on his main. He can ult three times, quite consistently in one match. We’re all cooked
Choice is to gamble and get him on my fusion team with only GB(10star) and no VB. Or go for beast(4star) dupes to run with janemba(5stars) and OP(7stars)
to be honest, im not surprised, there has been a recent "surge" of mult Ultimate arts characters, Ultra Rose, Janemba, Golden Frieza, etc. but i believe this character is just plain bs,with each unit more and more these people get carried by their units,heavily so.
There's literally no counterplay for that lmao it's so funny. Don't switch, take lots of DMG. Switch, get thrown back and then die. Janemba almost seems fair at least you can cover change safely.
@@tejendrachettri5970 You can switch while he's comboing a RED character to waste a charge of the cover change counter early on in the match (i.e. he starts to combo RED Ultimate Gohan, you switch to Pikkon and you will be countered & forced to stay in as Gohan, and UI will draw his lock-in ult but will have to "waste it" against a red character BUT if the enemy predicts this then you can get in a very hairy spot AND if this guy is LMS (where he gets a second activation of the cover change counter and has uncancellable type neutral on ult) then you're completely fucked regardless of it you try to waste it or not 👍
@@marshoul2717its still a very busted ability and he is primarily lms option. With 1 dead ally if he gets u in a combo. His ultimate will 1 shot everyone
"All your power is useless against me." He literally nullifies everything. You're not allowed to switch, attack him, attack at the same time as him, nothing 💀
Don't forget that even if you land a blow if his gauge is still remaining he will break the combo with any head on move, I hope to God this doesn't count for close ultimates.
Sincerely i thought It better than Fusion Imagine an ultra SSJ4 Gogita, It would help GT but who would use him on GT If he's a Fusion? And has a Lot more value on a Fusion team? So UI is ok for now I Just Hope the next Ultra inst MUI That would be terrible💀

The only thing I can think of is his green card, which would be the galaxy. I can't think of anything other than that, what would his blue card be? What would his ultimate be? There is not enough content to do a Ultra MUI Goku In my opinion
I feel like even if he somehow turns out to not be the best unit in the game, if there were any doubt about it uni reps has to be the best team in the game no doubt after him

They should change the guage like he gradually restore guage every time he use cards so he become more squishy when he is the last man standing , the thing is if he is the only left all you do is buy some time let her gauge runs out or attack him to deplete his guage, he dont have blast armor thats the biggest flaw it will be difficult for him to be aggresive.
The force draw of the ult from the special cover change negation mechanic doesnt say it only activates once and since he gets a 2nd activation when he is the last man standing character Then he has 3 ults
At first when I read his kit I was like "aight, looks like a pretty neutral character, it doesnt stop ur combo to hit you with an ult like janemba" then the draws an ultimate arts card when stopping a cover change
@@Jms0623 I would have a better team if it was melee though, I couldn’t pull evoken Him being yellow and ranged makes him already replace yellow golden Frieza who is the only unit I pulled this fest
This Ultra UI Sign would be great if they gave him the same, auto win of MUI for strike clash and the counter attack by just standing by. Wish that blast armor was on his strike not on blue card, and it should be range type not strike for his blue card though. Janemba can still counter it with his unique gauge, the rest on his kit I'm are all fine to me can't wait to 14* him with myself 82k CC wish you all good luck.

I think Beast will work decently well against this character because of the fact that he doesn’t have an ultimate and UI sign’s ability only activated for ultimates awakening and rising rushes I’m pretty sure it didn’t say blue cards so beast might actually do pretty damn well
So hypothetically , if you fight him in a team with 17 and Tag SSBKK and SSBE (which is probably gonna be the best team in the game) , you will have your ult and special move dmg reduced by 100% , you won't be able to rush that team at all , you literally can't do anything against this team.. You have Evoken comboing you for like half of the match, UI sign and 17 debuffing your team to hell , UI sign who is gonna be so annoying and have last man standing capabilities AND dodging half of your attacks, 17 eating your rush . Like how is this fair ... Are the devs out of their mind or what...Like they ruined everything good about this Legends Fest by this Part 2 and 3..
There is no doubt about it. He's gonna be the most annoying unit in the game. Everything on paper is just mind-boggling, and in the game, it's gonna be insane. We do have some strong red units to deal with him, but this unit is just unnecessary
So this is the 50th Goku they've released this year AND he's annoyingly toxic/broken? Yeah, I'm not gonna bother with pvp for awhile. Edit- I understand Goku's the main character but hes not the ONLY character in the franchise.
I wish they implemented the Arts Action mechanic for this guy like UVB but I guess they are saving it for other Ultras. Have fun pulling everyone or lose every match against him😂
I don’t think they want to do the arts action mechanic for ultras that can use multiple ultimates in the same match since it increases the length of the ult animation
@@blackfire_x2964for UVB, the more you click, the more damage your ultimate does. HOWEVER: If you click SO much (about 25 clicks I think) , UVB shouts 'Drop Dead!' If he shouts DROP Dead: - He deals massive damage, - All of the opponent's cards are destroyed - The opponent gets a heavy debuff

16:28, it doesn't work like this, it's gonna be -50% then an addtionnal -50% to the remaining 50% so that's gonna be about -75% to the awakening arts power.
Mui automatically wins cuz you won't even get the chance to clash with mui lol this ultra ui goku actually clash but if you lose the clash you force a draw on the clash

17:08 75%, arts power debuffs dont stack the same way buffs do. Even if they activate at the same time (the idea of reduced 100% power means 0% power hence 0 damage, so this clearly isnt true)
