The sizing in DB is always way out of whack. At times, Piccolo is nearly twice Goku's height, and Cell is massively larger yet. Cell and Gohan shouldn't even have been able to trade blows (pre-SSJ2) due to their size disparity. The non-fighting scenes tend to show massive disparities, and then the fights start and everyone's about the size of his opponent.
I am short to the point that even a character like Mai is taller than me, her height is 175 cm, while I am only 170 cm tall, unfortunately, even though my relatives are the shortest one, he is 176 cm tall.
these figures are way off i mean how is fat buu taller than Piccolo and only 1 inch shorter than Freiza giant form, how is piccolo taller than Nappa, Recoome, and android 16 ? and many more that don't add up 😅🤣😂

I used Gohan as height, which he originally measures 1.76 meters, and then multiplying many Gohans together with Orange Piccolo in the scene and I only got 9 Gohans to Orange Piccolo, that is, 1.76 x 9 = 15.84.
