11:57 Minor nitpick, but I hope that the Specials/Ultimates that KO your opponent actually zooms out and show an explosion, or a similar kind of effect happens. Finishing them off like this, with the character just hanging in the air like that, is kind of awkward. Again, minor nitpick. The story mode/What Ifs and gameplay look amazing so far, can't wait!

Yeah instead of getting battle damage in just one super, they should have get the first battle damage visual after an ult or specific number of beam damage. And much more for the second battle damage that leaves someone like vegeta and goku mostly topless.
@@Thedemonfox219 how so? I have the game but I still find it kind of boring. Really wish we would have gotten the actual Boruto story and more Boruto characters like the other teams and stuff and so much more
They play completely different so disagree. You arent flying around and destroyimg large chunks of the background in Naruto plus naruto succeeds in its elements while this succeeds on its elements. If sparking zero borrowed elements from connections, it wouldnt work and vice versa.

We have side characters from Dragon Ball Z and Super while we are still missing many side characters from Shippuden and so many from Boruto. Plus we can’t even play through the main story from Boruto. Also, it would have been nice to have some of the “what if” matchups to play through just like this game is giving us. I got this information from another video-not this one.
There honestly is a chance that some of these cinematics - I mean the in battle ones, Like Radditz getting headbutted by Gohan or dodging the destructo disc - not the big cinematic ones like Goku self sacrifice. Were actually made with the custom battle maker tools, this would then explain away why they look this way - and be IMMENSLY hype because if we can create this kind of cinematics with it, on top of 5000 lines of dialogue to pick, you can literally create anything you can think of
Gotta be honest, a bit disappointed with the What-If. Krillin and Roshi help but only in stiff cutscenes? No playing as them directly like with Roshi vs Broly in BT3? The mafuba cutscene don't as effective as actually pressing R3 as Roshi to deal 99999 damage. BT3 might not have the best budget in story, but back then i was really surprised at how it told the story effectively through scripted gameplay for a simple fighting game.
Cant believe ppl nitpicking graphics when it was clearly stated its still in development, till the realease in october they got plenty of time to polish DB fans are never beating the illiterate allegations
This must not be the build that all the RU-vidrs got to play recently. One of my criticisms was that the game looks visually slower than the previous tenkaichi's. But this looks faster than what I've seen out there so far. Good stuff.
@@onetwoqsqs well they played the ACTUAL first story mission right here, and they were fighting on a generic island. Not kame house. It's def not in the game. It would be here.
@adamw3774 bro that was the actual story mission. His first fight with raditz was on kame house lmao. That's how I know it's not in the game. It's like them showing off the story fight of goku vs frieza on earth lmao don't make sense huh
@@FlyinggMushroom yeah and this is not the final game, we don't know what build this is, could it be they implemented Kame House in a later version or for whatever reason - like having map reveals to build hype - chose not to use kame house in a fight that didn't even happen in the anime/manga, Raditz literally swipes Krillin into Kame House with his tail and bodies Goku, then that was it. They don't have a confrontation until Piccolo joins Goku. Except that example does make sense, because of what ifs Goku in the Future was supposed to intercept Frieza before Trunks on Earth so choose a different example huh
