Tbh this is one of the best fan mangas Akira toriyama needs to pay the creator of this manga chapter and publish this idea for after dragon ball super that would be so dope and big ups for being so creative it would only make sense to have the other universes come into play as far as the world of the angels and the gods
I say after the tournament of power this should be the story arc because it can get into the hierarchy of how Angels fight How the Gods of Destruction are nothing compared to them and I say the grand priest this should have been a demon to have both that the reason the grand priest banished her is because of the simple fact she was too evil

so mainly this war is started because of what's happening between the grand priest the father of the Angels and his wife the grand Priestess the mother of the angels. Goku needs to get stronger and surpass Mastered Ultra Instinct and reach Angel level and surpass Angel level and reach Grand priest level answer pants Grand priest level so he can teach this mother of the Angels a lesson because of her evil Deeds against her husband the grand priest. And teach Frieza a lesson one last time because of his evil ways too. because he does not deserve to be a God of destruction because they only destroy things to keep things balanced in the universe between Creation and Destruction. Frieza destroys things because he's evil he does not deserve the title of Destruction title what's he doing here and now he has gone to far.
Zeno Is not evil in any timeline. I believe he only pretends to be childish cause he wants to see peoples true intentions and wants to play dumb. I dont think zeno is childish or dumb or evil. Hes good but smart
