Let's be real, Zamasu is probably the least likely of all the instructors to follow through with this plot. He's the kind of guy who would sooner die trying to achieve his goals than to compromise (unless this is him before the events of the Goku Black Arc, but he clearly has the "Zero Mortals" Plan ready right now).

Zamasu's voice actor really knocks his role out of the park. The voice he has fits the character perfectly in my opinion.

It's actually pretty easy to pull off the combos themselves, but the annoying part was the fidgeting around he was doing.
