I got into Dragon Ball from playing the Budokai Tenkaichi games, but because of those games I wouldn't have heard of Dragon Ball or its incredible story & franchise.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about Budokai OR FighterZ. In my opinion, Dragon Ball just does not work as a traditional fighting game. The only games that matter are the old school Budokai Tenkaichi series as well as Dragon Ball Xenoverse 1 and especially 2. Those are the only games that really capture the feeling of how it's supposed to feel to play as a DB character. Kakarot is good too, but it's more of an action RPG. But the only way to have a good fighting game with this series is a full 3D air-combat game with full simulation freedom of movement. Any Dragon Ball game that doesn't let you have freedom of full 3D flight and air-combat isn't worth the disc it's printed on.

oh hell yeah, this remix is so good, i love it!! i've been watching through dragon ball lately myself (just finished OG and started Z) and it's good to see a budokai remix by you though in my eyes it'll always be a stratovarius remix first given the original song's (very heavy) inspiration lol
