Basically cell returns (either dragonballs or gohan didnt kill him and he regenerated and gained more data) And cell is op (idk, power scaling in super is whack anyways) Anyway a higlight will defently be perfect cell vs black freiza. Anyway Cell gets erased by zeno in the end, but pefection cant be beat
