Stop adding capsicum to every other Indo-Chinese dish. Not every Indo-Chinese dish is Chilly Chicken. Dragon Chicken only consists garlic cloves, chili flakes, cashew nuts as the base the chicken is simmered with these along with oil no need of deep frying.
it looks like chicken curry....indo chinese dishes cannot be made in home pans and low heat,,, a proper wok and high flame with tossing required.....please dont confuse the people by making it in home as per your convenience....if you really want to cook...please do proper justice to indochinese cooking.....
Very soggy, floury, slimy sauce and too much of salt.. the cashews are over-fried and the capsicums are limp. Where's chilli, pepper for dragon chicken? Worst recipe. Btw, it's not a wok that you're using.
