Sometimes when I get home and need a quick meal, this is it! This easy stir-fried chicken recipe is my, and will be your new goto quick and flavourful meal. Using fresh ingredients like bell peppers (capsicums), carrots, and vibrant broccoli, it comes together in no time. Get the rice on first, while it's cooking the diced chicken cooks quickly. The combination of garlic, ginger, and soy sauce brings out a deliciously rich flavour. It’s perfect for busy weeknights when you need a satisfying meal without spending hours in the kitchen. Just toss everything in a hot pan, stir-fry, and you’re ready to enjoy a wholesome dinner in under 30 minutes! Serve it over noodles or rice.

This is possibly the tastiest looking Chicken n Veg Stir Fry's that I've seen. I like each ingredient - capsicum/bell peppers, onion, broccoli, carrot, ginger, garlic, spring onion, chicken, various sauces. So glad there was no corn or bamboo shoots or peas added. Definitely will follow your recipe. The fact that you have an adorable Border Collie pup, Kenji, makes your channel all the more worthwhile. Kenji is absolutely adorable. His little puppy sounding bark reminds me of when I had my two Border Collies - one I raised from 10 weeks old, the other was a rescue pup who was almost one.. Sadly, they are no longer here. They are chasing butterflies, herding sheep, rolling + digging up Doggy Heaven

Thanks Polly, I just lost my rough collie a few months ago, still find it hard to grasp but our little Kenji is helping a lot. He's actually an Australian Shepherd, very similar to border collies. Glad you like the recipe, enjoy it! ❤❤

Absolutely, « good boy!! » !!! Both Kenji and Joel, are great ….boys!!! ❤ And Joel’s GREAT way of this recipe, appeals to me much more than other recipes that I have applied!! Because the result of the whole food on our dish must be much healthier in Joel’s way , especially for over 60s like myself…. I especially love the detailed way of the Basmati cooking, the garlic added in the end on the vegetables, AND the rest of it!! Basmati rice is the best in the world, if you ask me. So fragrant! This looks absolutely delicious, Joel! And Kenji seems to understand every command except "That's it.", but that's to be expected I guess.

There's many commands he still doesn't understand, Whiskey amazed me how many words he knew. Plus he understood a lot of French! Kenji is learning fast, but also chooses not too understand the clever cheeky boy!
